Dear Sir, I am Kamesh from Bangalore and writing this mail to you all with lot of disappointment,had purchased a TV of 55″ in July 2017 and in September there is issue with the panel, though the TV is warranty of 1 plus 1 year, Your service team is not ready to replace the Panel saying I have to pay for it and they say a stupid statement that warranty is only for 50″. When I have taken a 55″ what logic it’s to say only 50″.

Onida washing machine was not working it needed repair it has got still warranty period the service Engineer came and inspected that machine and said board has to be replaced and the same has to be got from Mumbai office. Whenever I give a ring to the service Centre no proper reply is given. The complaint was given almost 2 weeks back no initiative has been taken. I am living in Kanyakumari district. I purchase 32″LED TV, Model No: LEO32HMV (May-2016). In V.V Traders. Tisyanvilai – Tirunelveli-District. April 3rd on wards TV display gone out.so i am first complaint to purchased showroom people. As per my complaint request forward to Nagercoil service center .followup this contact no:9500888678 recommended by V.V Traders. Tisyanvilai. after my follow up .One technician has come and he checked TV finally told TV display has gone out. so with in 10 to 15 days I get new display & reassemble to you. After my follow up contact no:9500888678 he said- we received new display on may 06th & assembled by May 09th. May 09th on wards Daily i am contacting follow up number he saying like tomorrow. still not responding & not lifting mobile calls. Take the action immediately.

Hi,
We called your customer care and you send the service person from “Adonis Electronics pvt Ltd” He came last friday checked the AC and said there some leakage problem and there is no gas so he taken a AC from our office and done the sevice everything and came here and fix the AC on Monday (15/05/2017). We paid nearly 4175rs( Bill Number :204628) and gave 3 months warrently. But from the next day itself the AC its not working. And i called “Adonis Electronics pvt Ltd” to send the person again the girl who picked the cal told me she said the person but till today no one is turned up. The girl who is spoke to me dont know how to speak to the customer really felt bad. Really i need Solution for this else i will take action.

I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac in November 2016 back from your dealer and installation done by your service engineers in December 2016.after installation the ac was not in use because the natural temperature was below 20• in this winters .It is not functioning since installation. After march 2017 when the summer started we felt that ac is not not cooling. I have registered 2 complains in first week of April which closed by your side with service area error .Both went to wrong place.That was not my fault.After third or fourth complain your men inspected at 14/04/2017 and told that Ac is not functioning properly.
They have told me that he is forwarding the request to his varansi service station and after few days I got reply that varansi centre sent an approval request to head quarter regarding parts. My Ac is under warranty and it’s unused.
I am taking status report regularly from your service engineers , varansi service centre,call centre and mumbai customer care office but unable to get a proper response.
We have 1 more 3years old onida ac and that is functioning well. I was one of your most satisfied customer.
So kindly arrange a proper solution of my invertor ac and make all approvals and arrange parts etc ,repair / replace it as soon as possible.Because after paying many thousand rupees on your latest technology my family is suffering in this summer and I am getting only a silly excuse from your side.

WHEN WE PRESS 1, IT GOES TO HINDI SPEAKING PEOPLE WHO DONT GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ID TO WRITE A COMPLAINT. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT. IS THERE ANYONE WHO WILL TRAIN THEM EVEN IF IT IS INBOUND DEPARTMENT? WHY DO WE AS CUSTOMERS SUPPOSED TO CALL THE FRANCHISEE SERVICE CENTRES FOR A FREE SERVICE? I HAVE ALMOST THREE TO FOUR COMPLAINT NUMBERS BUT THE FREE SERVICE CALL ALSO HASNT COME AS YET. EVEN THE SENIOR MANAGER BALA PROMISED TO GET ME THE SERVICE BUT JUST DISAPPEARED. NONSENSICAL PEOPLE. WORTHLESS.

I just want to tell you THEY ARE JUST CHEATERS….its not working well NO AFTER SALE SERVICES….since ONE MONTH my washing machine is not working at all and they dont have parts till date.
And they are not responding now………………..

This is a request to all that do not give your products to Onida service centers. They keep the products at service centre and do not return it. My Onida Microwave oven was taken in May this year and it is still not been returned. I have called them so many times. It is amazing how Onida is still in business with the way they are working soon they will be out of business.

I have purchased Onida WAC W 18SPD3 (1.5 ton 3 star) make air conditioner and paid Rs.19490/- on dt. 3.7.2012 vide invoice no. RB-2217. On delivery, while the same was installed by the staff of your company intimated that the said AC is not functional and is faulty. I have reminded and made complaint to you about the same but till date the said AC is not replaced. Needless to mention there that the fitting charges for the said AC were paid separately.
Even, inspections of the said AC was also carried out by your senior staff members/technical members. The staff/mechanic/engineers of the company who came to inspect the said AC intimated me that the said AC cannot be installed as it will not work being a ‘junk’. The summer season is at its peak and my small children are suffering badly in this hot summer season as the AC could not be installed due to the said AC being faulty. This is harassment to a consumer and it is violation of the consumers protection act. Till date, you have failed to replace the AC. Whenever, I have talked to you, you have always said that “kal ho jaayega” but it never came.
Please treat it as a necessary notice as envisaged under the law. It is therefore requested that either the AC may be replaced within 24 hours of the receipt of this notice by you, failing which the undersigned shall be at liberty to file appropriate legal proceedings against you in the appropriate forum.
If the AC is not replaced and fitted by you within the 24 hours of receipt of this notice by you, I shall file appropriate proceedings against you in the court of law/ consumer forum etc.

Onida has no toll free number for haryana. The number given on the net does not exist and toll free number give no response. It is better to buy the AC of reputed company rather than of Onida which gives no service,response and value for money.
Onida has no service center in Hansi or Hisar.and when i contacted the onida shopkeeper for service he refused,,,
