I am writing at this point of time, after calling Panasonic Customer Care (Consumer Product) on 1800 103 1333 today at 15.11 Hrs. After this interaction with Panasonic Customer Care I have a couple of question, and I hope I would get a revert on these:-
1. Why customer service Advisers, who is attending the calls from the customers do not have some basic knowledge about the service / products.
2. At the outset they are looking to give the mobile number of the local AC mechanic to coordinate with for service / installation and product information.
3. Why Panasonic is sending mechanic / engineer from unauthorised / untrained service centre ( I have checked on the site for Service Centre Locator).
4. In case of any defect during installation who will take care / rather who will be responsible for the fault in unit and also harassment / inconvenience to the customer.
5. Is there any fixed installation charges if so, details of accessories / materials / consumables provided by the company for the installation should be clearly stated.
I went to Panasonic for this ‘Air Conditioner’ purchase (model no -CU-LU18UKYRN) for better product / service experience, but I am really disappointed after such a sub-standard treatment to customer in India, and hence equally skeptical about the product quality/performance.
Hope I will get some plausible reply to my queries.

I purchased Model GESM – 400 Sl.No.2688-01-17 and Sl.No.1744-1716 from your dealer Popular Agencies Thrissur – 680 004 on 29-03-2017. Out of the free warranty period service only one was done and there was no response from your stockist General Enterprises Thrissur – 680 564 about the 2nd free service. 29th was holiday due to Monte Thursday, 30th was Good Friday, 31st was Saturday, 1st April was Sunday and 2nd April was All India Bandh. Your person blatantly denied the free service stating the one year warranty period closed. What I can do when the holidays aforesaid comes. Very pity about your management. Adieu to Panasonic products. No more Panasonic products for me because it is not customer friendly.

Regret of buying 43″ Panasonic LED TV . I have Purchase this TV from Croma Panjagutta Hyderabad on 08-06-2017. Its the worst service offered after we brought the 43″ Panasonic TV . Normally any other product if we buy with in 24 hours the concern service person/department called us and they will install the product on time. After 2 days on Sunday 11-06-2017 i called Panasonic toll free no (18001031333) inquired about the Installation of TV they said that they dint have any information regarding my purchase. Then they registered the complaint and offer me that with in 24 hours will install the TV. After that yesterday i got a call from a lady (Panasonic service center No 040-48511691) and she said before 4 o clock the service technician will come and install the TV, But around 5.45 pm the service technician called me and said that there is rain in Hyderabad,so that we are not able to come and install the TV. Then i called the Troll free no again and they provide me the manager number and i spoke the manager and explain the same. he requested me that give me 5 minutes i will call you back, but till time i did not received any call neither he is not picking my call. yesterday full day and today up to 2 pm i took leave and awaiting for the installation of TV ,but no one came or call up to 2 pm.Today after coming to my office around 2.30 pm again i called the service No 040-48511691 and i spoke to the same lady who called me yesterday and explain my concerns regarding the service offered by Panasonic and she explain me that when ever they will get time only they can send the technician for install the TV.
I Have a small request to Croma because its coming under TATA group. When we see or hear the name of Tata we Indians have a confident that we blindly TRUST. I am requesting Croma Please dont sell this kind of products which the staff is having negative attitude and don’t have proper service in India.
Because of this kind of Panasonic staff attitude and service You are losing most of your valuable customers and people will start loosing the trust on TATA.

Pathetic service by ICEBERG, 1/59, Ashok Nagar, Tollygaunge, India 700040. They send incompetent service man who do not understand simple difference between the mechanics of a fan and compressor. My split AC (cube 1.2 ton) had suddenly powered off. I logged a complaint thru your national helpline number and call was assigned to Iceberg, the technician couldn’t diagnose the problem and charged me for service. His diagnosis was due to low gas the entire AC (both indoor and outdoor unit) got powered off.
After sales service is critical to generate sales number and if you continue with such incompetent service partners this sure will cost you big. Or may be this already is, before you could realize.
I have purchased panasonic A/c . within one year facing a problem with unit . no service from service provider n remote quality is too poor within one year it got dead. really facing a bad experience with panasonic. It was big mistake buying panasonic product .In future would not repeat this mistake of buying panasonic products.

one buy this co. product & unfortunate the product get malfunction its miracle because the service team will not reply.
Generally samsung,Lg,Hitachi co repaired the product in 5-7days and if major error occurs so within a month the product get repaired,, same in the panasonic team in minor error they will take 35-40days & major so the product will get after the warranty period.They were extremley very good.
So their Service is v.v.v.v.poor

I had bought a panasonic refrigerator on 18th April 2013. in the past 6 months we have launched a complain 8times for varied reasons. 1.water leakage ( five complains)
2. no cooling
3. door closure malfunction.
in my curve complain your service executive told me that they need to change the sensor n the PC card. if ant party needs to be change within a span of 6months, that means its a defective piece . its not acceptable and aa very shame on your reputation.

I purchased 32 inch LED(TH-L32E5D) from Kay Dee Audiovisions Pvt. Ltd. Ghaziabad on 5 Nov 2012 (Rs.38400).

I purchased a Panasonic Microwave Oven from Bismi, Cochin on19.08.2012. From the very first use itself steam water was seeping thru all the pores and I made a complaint on 201.08.12 No.PiASC-1208-064757. The service people visited my house after a few days, took the motherboard and took it to the service centre. They could not solve the problem and assured replacement of the product, took photographs after working the oven for a few minutes. Now after two months, I am yet to get the problem solved.

he has charged us rs 1350 as visiting charges?????? i could not beleive it.
we asked the call centre about service charges before the man arrived, and they said the person visiting will call and give us details.
we have been told that the part gone bad costs rs 8500.

I am having panasonic refrigerator model NR-B34MB 342L bearing Sr. No. 9S5300436 purchased about 2 years back. I lodged complaint for repair with local service centre named FAIRDEAL. They visited on Saturday on 30th June, 2012 and have took out part for repair on that very day. Since then my Refrigerator remained unattended with remarks that part is not available with them and is likely to come from Mumbai.
In case the company’s service centres do not have parts with them, there is no need to sell products by the company
We have a Panasonic Super Slim TV (Model No-TC-21RX20C) from last 3 years. First two years it was fine, then following issues occured:
1. Remote stopped working though the Cell etc were fine. — We had toget it changed.
2. TV starte switching off on its own—-We called Customer care and got it rectified. They took the TV away for days. Then got it back, it costed us around Rs.1200 (Sericecharges etc.)
3. Now it again switches off an on, after putting up a request to get it rectified with the customer care, a person came and took visiting charges of rs. 100 telling that as the error is not obvious at that moment theycant do anything and we need to bring TV to their outlet.|
4. A ay after that we kept asking them to come when issue occurred, a person came, he didnt even wait for the issue and opened our TV, changed a small transistor an resistor, and asked for rs. 650 (300 service charge and 350 for parts). The next day my Tv idnt start up at all, Power button light keeps flickering. We keep calling the person from Panasonic-name Hari Kumar-07838328512, he says he is coming and never comes, its been 2 days.
Disappointed, we called Customer care ,however still the person has not come and they have promised another person would come.
i think Brand Services are degrading day by day.people buy brand for Quality,however are often looted by misconceptions and frauds out there.

We have purchsed EPBX of Panasonic just one year back and right after the AMC is over the authorised customer care center “Vantage systems” from bangalore sent us the quote and after us to pay the amc which got delayed due to some reason. After AMC over we found some telephone wite got disconnected due to BSNL person came to change the modem. We call for customer care help they came took one of the card and said due to some fluctuation card became faulty and can be repaired if we pay rs 5600/- after repaire they took another card and after 4 days sent another quotes for rs 1890/-.
I have not seen any product of such a repute get falty in short duration. Either Panasonic is started making faulty machine or some “authorised customer care” taking the brand for a ride. Even chinese brands are more reliable and can work for 5-6 years without any fault. We have 30 branch offices all over India and all PBX machine are working fine without any fault. Something strange but shortly I am going to make this fraud public in media if I don’t get any satisfactory response from Panasonic.

Your technician visited our house on 23/01/2012 found two problems
1) . Motor of the fan making noise
2). The evapourator coil vibrating.
Both problems are not solved as yet.
My question is 1), How was the product cleared by the quality assurance or technical
supervision personnel at factory or the manufacturing unit ? Are they so careless?
2) .Why should one buy your product & face these unnecessary head ache ?
