Dear Sir,
My name is Thulasi Devi and I am from Yangon, Burma. We came to India for our holiday vacation on 12th April. We planned to go to Shimla and Manila which was a long drive. The agent told us there is a flight to shimla but we would have to book it earlier or the prices will be high. We thought it would be a short drive so we agreed to go by car. Once we reached our destinations we thought we would go back to New Delhi by flight although it was expensive. We have to take the flight from Kullu Airport by Air India. When we got there we sat down and waited for our flight then we just asked one of the airline staff and they said there is 95% chance that the flight would be cancelled which was a big problem because we sent our driver. There were only four passengers in that airport me my daughters and another foreigner. He was so hopeless and so disappointed. He said it would be the first and last he would come to India. They said they would refund our ticket money. I don’t want the refund i have to catch this flight because my flight there in New Delhi is at 10.50 pm. If i miss that flight i will have the purchase the tickets again from different airlines. Luckily there was airport wifi and i managed to call my driver. It was raining so heavy. Our driver told us to wait in a restaurant near the airport as the airport was going to close. We asked a taxi driver there who was waiting for nobody. I asked him to drop us just outside because of the rain. The response was so great he said we are not INDIAN CITIZENS therefore he can’t drop us. Although we told him that we would pay him he kept refusing and we had to carry our heavy luggages and run in the rain. Could you ever imagine sir?. My daughters suffered from a high fever after that. What if there were younger kids? Would you ever offer help?. Then next is the special Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. I would never visit the airport ever again, as a transit passenger, never. We had a transfer flight NEW DELHI to KOLKATA to RANGOON. We have to take the flight in the next day morning 5 am. We have E-visa which says multiple entries they wouldn’t let us through. They should at least provide a lounge or a place where transit passengers would feel comfortable. We felt like refugees staying in that little place with NO TV, NO FOOD COURTS, just a vending machine with a very few choices of cold drinks. We can’t drink cold drinks in that cold. The airline told us to wait and they also told us that they would be sending a person to us at like 9 pm to provide us with dinner. Nobody showed up until we had a small fight with the immagration people. We were sitting and my daughters were too cold and hungry. They called my daughter and offered a very small cup of hot tea. We feel thankful for that but they should inform the airline people instead as there were nobody at the reception. When i got a little angry about how they are so irresponsible because they say this is not their department but this is their airport. They should treat us like human. The airline people came down and asked us what we would like to have and everything after that fight. If that fight hadn’t occurred they would have forgot that we were still down there waiting for their person. The immigration people were too rude. They should understand our situation instead of yelling back at us. We have our rights to ask and point out what’s wrong. I am very very angry and very dissatisfied with everything.

my father with my my mother travelled in jet airways inter national flight from Hyderabad to paris via Mumbai air port. the flight from Hyd delayed by 1.30 hrs on 2nd May and we reach Mumbai at 1.00am on 3rd May.Our enruote flight to was scheduled for departure at 2.2.10am. While going through process of security checkup inadvertently my father forgotten to Labtap from security point.After boarding the flight no 124 of jet Airways to he could realize that he has not collected the Labtap from security check.He apporched the security personnel near flight to find out to get the Labtap.They have told him that the he cannot approch the security staff since he has already borded the flight.They have suggested to collect from last and found dept.Now our request is to know whether the labtap of hp make excel book model is available with concerned authorities .My father will collecct the same on his return trip which is schduled on 12th sept from USA and expected to be in Mumbai on 13th Sept at 10pm .Pl reply the possiblities to my mail id to enable him to cotact you.
Dear Sir, Yesterday i visited your Chennai domestic airport premium laonge and like earlier visit of the same launge this time also i could not eat any thing and after paying and spending one and half hour i left that lounge empty stock. i have seen almost all airport premium lounges in India but let me tell you that Chennai domestic airport lounge infrastructure is good but the food and bevrages contractor of Chennai domestic airport premium lounge is playing with the reputation of chennai airport. See Cheenai is Metro city airport so either premium launge of Chennai domestic airport should be at par of other metro city domestic airport premium launges but this not the case rather in comparison to even small airport premium launges Chennai is the worst among all. let me inform what is wrong about Chennai premium lounge. in past many a times i visited Chennai domestic premium airport lounge during dinner time and every time during dinner they are serving snacks that too pethatic i invite you please vsit other premium launges like Bangalore, Delhi, mumbai Hyderabad and even at small airport every premium launge surves propper dinner there is no single other airport who is not serving dinner but Chennai premium launge is not serving dinner they serve snacs . Please understand if passange has to spend one or two hours they will go to launges only and spend time and have meal as per time at 8.30 or 9pm who will have fried chicken and vada sambhar in dinner there should be propper dinner buffet spread like other Indian domestic airports premium launges, Todauy i spoke to airport manager Mrs.Sashwati and she was also quite shocked to hear that every day they are not serving dinner at dinner time she was quite receptive and i also informed her that we should not wait for consummer responce that passangers will spend time in surching ways and writing mails to lodge the complaints. i am sure Chennai airport authority administration will not allow any contractor to spoil thier names and they will also ensure that passangers should get what they are getting at other airports.
