Complaint Escalation Procedure

You can use the below numbers to register your complaint with the Airtel Dish TV call centre, once you have registered a complaint the normal process would be to generate a Complaint Reference Number by you the customer service representative.

SLA / Benchmark to Address your Complaint

Airtel commits to address more than 90 percent of the complaints and restore the signals within a maximum of 48 hours within receipt of the complaint. There may be exceptions when there are natural calamities, weather disturbance, remote areas where the company commits to address the issues as early at it may be feasible. In cases where you are still not happy with the response provided or your issue is still unresolved then you contact the nodal officers given below in your region.
