Yes. During the booking process the tourist will have to select the type of identity such as a driving license, AADHAR card, Voter ID and PAN card. The travelers have to carry the same proof when travelling.

Yes. You will be charged service charge in addition to the fare payable.

What if I cancel a ticket booked online?
Cancelling a ticket or service booked online will refund the amount deducting the service charges.
