I had brought AOC E1620Swb LED 15.6″ monitor but the main matter is the this model no was written only on the packaging box and after opening the box I saw the back side of monitor it was written ‘LCD display’, not LED and when I install i-menu software on my pc it shows the model no 1620wb (that is actually LCD monitor model) what’s the funny I could not understand, anybody please help me otherwise I suggest do not buy this model no product it is totally fraud company or model no.I contact with customer care they told box model no. is right.

I have working in monitor two years no problem but 23rd Aug 2012 i faced the problem Display not coming then next day i will inform the aoc customer service and register the my problem at 12.30 pm. After 3.30 service man call him and he is coming to my room and replace the monitor.

I have purchased AOC LCD TV model –L32DK99U on exchange of 21’’ old colored TV in running condition from ‘Vijay Sales’Ghodbunder Road, Thane on 25-10-2010 for Rs. 18,489/- under One-Day Offer against price advertised at Rs.19990/-. However to my surprise within a month an Ad appeared in ‘Mirror’daily from ‘Vijay Sales’Ghodbunder Road, Thane on 03-11-2010 and 17-11-2010 declaring the exchange price of said TV at Rs.18,990/-& Rs.16,990/-respectively under exchange of 21’’ old colored TV in running condition. I want to know whether the AOC Co. drastically reduced the price after 25-10-2010. I feel cheated since I have paid Rs.1,500/- in excess just before Diwali.

The LCD main power is off. Similar to the issue mentioned by Mr. Sandeep singh. Have tried the toll free, looks like its just a machine and no human will ever answer besides keeping you on hold the line for 15 mins and then Hang up.
Dropped an SMS 3 times on 56677, the machine replied back saying someone will get back, its been 3 days and no one.
Today tried calling +91-124-2806116 / 17, a lady picked up, said someone will call me back in 10 mins. No to my surprise no one called back, now when i called back after 2 hours, she picked up again and transferred me to a number where no one answers. Tried that 3 times as well.
And now the above comments are scaring me. I should have not bought a 22 inch LCD.
Should I wait for the warranty to expire and then expect a Bill after they (only if) repair.

I brought 24” AOC monitor 2434pw in March 2010,after reading ”BEST BUY” in Digit Magazine.But i am sorry they make readers fool.This is the worst monitor i have used .Colors are shabby always.I registered a complaint about bad graphics .AOC replaced it with new one ,but graphic problem still there.Now fresh problem is with OSD keys ..showing OSD Locked ?????????
