Such poor service and product have been received ie. i phone X.. I purchased it one month ago and it didn’t work smoothly since then.
it is too pathetic to mention that , it first had problem in receiver, i went to service center at Bangalore..the people are so rude and reluctant of doing their job on time.
After reminding them again and again , i got the phone back…nd this time as i brought it back, its display started blinking and lines started appearing..
I mean can you just imagine, the psychology of a customer who has brought ist apple product by spending a good amount and then taking rounds of Service center from office again and again.
It was baddest decision of my life that i choose i phone over other versatile options in the market but it did not end here. After rounds of visits and phone calls and mental harassment, the service center people first said they have to ship my phone to Mumbai/ US and after that suddenly one day after they said it has been repaired can be taken back.
And then after few days again the displayed went off while talking in between. Such is the poor response of this service center people and such a poor quality products are manufactures by the known Brand “APPLE”.
Now shifting the blame, the company says we are only vendors, the service centre people say we cant replace it and i as a customers does even know that whether the screen repaired was original or just a hack to quick solution.
Since, its a proverb that customer is GOD.. i am saying dont follow it… but at least treat your customer like a human being who has emotional attachment to a gadget which the person is buying by collecting every single penny out of the total.
I am writing this mail to warn you all that if this time my phone crashes i will suit you all to customer forum and consumer court. you need to pay for the mental agony and resentment i have faced through buying this I phone X.
I claim for replacement of this poor product with money or a new non-defective handset…..

Apple seems to have become a fraud company after the death of mr steve jobs.
It is very very disheartening to write and intimate everyone that apple products have become even worse then Chinese products.
It seems they have started overprinting apple brand above chinese brand names; and hence fooling people, just to make huge profits.
I had bought one macbook pro, just 2 years ago, it has hardly been used, some of its number keys were not working properly,now number keys were typing symbols instead of numbers, and their service center is asking for 60,000 rupees to repair it ( cost of laptop is 65000). You can recheck from your pitampura service center.
Highly disgusting.
Highly disappointing.
Would request apple to repair it immediately as otherwise I will be forced to never ever buy any apple product in future and will have to advertise one and all to beware of this company’s fraud practices.
