Bajaj Air Cooler Customer Service Number

I have purchased bajaj coolers two years back. I have gone through worst experience all these years. Water comes out from all sides. No service centre in jammu. Whenever contacted with the authorised agent get zero response.

I am from Hyderabad and recently we have bought a bajaj Cooler ( (Bajaj Coolest DC 55 DLX) last month. From last 2 days we seeing that lot of water were coming outside of the cooler while the pump is on and the whole floor gets water logged. The whole floor gets water logged as if someone has thrown a bucket of water on the floor. We have 2 more coolers but a single drop of water gets outside of the cooler. I am really not at all satisfied with the this bajaj product.

This is the second time I have to write for the customer service in 1 month. Please send some representative at the earliest to take care of the issue.

I am asking the bajaj company,If the customer care HOD is use less fellow why dont you kick him out , because lot of complaints are there but no useless fellow is attending for the issues. i wrote complaint on 09.05.2013 but still as on 18.05.2013 no body didnt attended.

the management should have basic commonsense.

We bought bajaj DC 2015, It started troubling on first day and total down on second day
Their service guy tuned up after 5 days and said need to replace motor which may take 6 to 7 working days and they wont give any standby. Never thought of this kind of worst quality from bajaj.

We have 3 symphony, 1 usha and 1 kenstar coolers in office which works great.
Don’t buy bajaj cooler, it’s very low in standard and worst in service.

We have purchaesd Bajaj Coolest Model MD 2000 before two months, an it has stopped working now. Water Sprinkles from the fan.

We have tried to call customer care number of Ahmedabad but it does not work.

I had purchased one Bajaj Room Cooler from its delaer in Kingsway Kamp recently with in one month, Delhi 110009 , from day one its is throwing water outside panel. I could not find customer care number and not able to use it.
