I purchase Bajaj FX1000 food processor on June 25 on our marriage anniversary day after 10 days only service Engg came for demo and after running for week time it stop working on calling customer care one eng came after 10 days and said new part to be replaced which came after 15 days and again after 2 Da ya it stop working I am still waiting to device Engg to come what a horrible service and quality control This i purchase from Vijay sales Vadodara and Vijay sales person also showing inability to help me

I purchased fx10 food processor on 12-01-14 after so many calls to the bajaj company,no one come for demo till date.
I think its worst service of bajaj and I wont to return back the food processor.
Request to bajaj that, take care in future customers.

one week ago i bougth bajaj food factory FX10 and I m very much dissapointed with this product. it is actually not a food processor,it’s a horrible product.I feel I have wasted my money.i request all the people please do not buy this product.
I purchasd fx10 on 07-02-13 after so many calls and mails to the bajaj company, service people came on 13-02-13 for demo

my suggestion is please increase the service people at visakhapatnam area to access quick service to the valuable customers

I purchased Bajaj foof processor fx10 on 07-02-2013. I tried to work with it but it did not work
i coplained so many times to the local customer care but they did’nt respond
the service of the customer care in visakhapatnam andhrapradesh is very bad
i suffered a lot with the costumer care people.
please send me service people for demo for fx10 with in 24 hours other wise i will proceed to consumer court

Hi,
This is my second mail to Bajaj about my food processor Fx11.
I have called your service center on 020-65106011 today mornings a lady said that technician will come along with motor but till no response.
So I have called again just now 4.10pm a lady told that motor is not avail so we are not able to attend the same. Her heavier with customer is not measurable.
From last 10 to 15 days if you have not arrange a single motor then this type product is not usable to customer.
This is very worst service.

I have bought a Bajaj Food Processor from Dubai and now it is in India. As I beleive Bajaj is very a reliable & trustworthy name in electrical appliances, I opted for an Indian brand.
Unfortunately, the moment it arrived home, I am facing problems with its safety lock and the appliance ceases to work.
Moreover, I need to get the gurantee cover in India for the processor as I do not have any document stamped, except for the receipt of purchase from the supermarket (Union Coop).
Could you please assist me to cover the gurantee and after sales & service for the product in Pune.
