i had visited ccd @ hotel dollyinn ground floor. bidhan road siliguri… the staff is really very good… i love to visit that place more more times… love ccd <3 <3 .. n there staffs
I would like to lodge a complaint for one of the worst possible service I have received from Café Coffee Day at one of their outlet at Indian School of Business (ISB), Mohali Sector 81 today on 18/03/13 at 12:15pm. I placed an order for a Tandoori paneer sandwich and my friend ordered a Tandoori chicken sandwich chicken and Tandoori paneer sandwich from your outlet. The person at the counter, Mr. Amit Sharma, served me a sandwich and I asked him whether it was paneer or chicken sandwich and he specifically told me that it was a paneer sandwich, but to my surprise on eating it I realized it was a chicken sandwich !! I am a vegetarian and strictly avoid non-vegetarian food.
It is appalling to see the kind of service being offered, it is at least expected from your company that people are adequately trained to distinguish between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. This is not poor customer service, but a kind of service that would harm the religious values of people visiting your outlet.
I would be logging an official complaint with the concerned government authorities for your damaging service and would like to caution people visiting your store that such kind of mishap can happen to them.

I would like to bring to your notice the following few points for your kind consideration and favourable action.
1.I, Rakesh Chauhan visited Cafe Coffee Day outlet at Royal Ansal Plaza Mall, Jodhpur,Rajasthan on 27th Feb 2013.
2.I ordered for cold coffee (3-4) options but its not available,instead its mentioned on the menu card.
3.I immediately informed the attendant at the counter Mr Sajan who were of no help and a great attitude and miss behave with me,I asked Mr Sajan for the complaint book,but they refused to give. On confronting, he started arguing. When I asked for the outlet manager, he blindly stated that he is not available in the store and said do whatever I wish to do.
4.CCD has been ranked at the top for its customer satisfaction quotient but such instances wont help you much in retaining that position for very long I presume. Such misconduct and rubbish behaviour I have never come across in my whole life.
5.Hope you will take positive action against your erring staff and make them maintain the dignity of the customer as well as their own. I too am from the hospitality industry and work as a Senior Manager. So am well aware of the importance of Customer Service.
6.Waiting for your reply of due action being taken.

There are no such offers available which shown on facebook and twitter at Cafe Coffe Day, M.M.U, Mullana, Ambala, Haryana. IS IT FAKE OUTLET???
Today they selling VALENTINE CAKE smaller than original CHOCLATE FANTASY FULL ROUND CAKE but with much higher price RS. 560.
And CHOCLATE FANTACY CAKE is not available thats why we are forced purchased that SMALL n EXPENSIVE CAKE…
And the SERVICE is very poor instead of serving on TABLE, they forgot to SERVE it. It was placed on 3 call… Seems as if they were checking the patience of customer with POOR QUALITY CAKE.
NEVER WANNA VISIT AGAIN wid SUCH SERVICE Quality…

On 14.07.2012(Saturday), I along with my wife visited Cafe Coffee Day outlet at DT Mall, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. We ordered combos Iced Coffee+ Smoked Chicken Sandwich & Iced Coffee+ Samosa. After the first bite I realised the Chicken Sandwich was Stale & rotten. I immediately informed the officials/attendant at the counter who were of no help.I have to leave the sandwich and asked the officials for the complaint book. They handed me a Card to fill. I filled the Card they handed me to lodge my complaint. I have yet to receive any response from Cafe Coffee Day.I am writing again,assuming that,those official might not have forwarded it to the Management as it contained adverse Remarks/Complaint.Hoping to receive your response at the earliest. I further,like to add that We are regular visitor to the Cafe coffee Outlet and had tried several times the above mentioned and other non-veg sandwiches with no complaint.

Gokuldham Goregaon east cafe day staff not customer friendly
I had visited cafe coffee day at RMZ Millenia, Bangalore yesterday night (16th Nov 2010) around 7:30pm and left from Camera and a envelop of Pictures taken at Agra in the billing counter in rush. I trace the CCD number from Just dial and called up very confidently to inform to keep my Camera safe and I will collect the next day as I work in the same building. But the team from CCD refused to have seen the Camera while I am confident the object was not so small to miss out in the billing counter area.
Also when I called up to CCD I response was also very suspicious, they turned off the Mobile for a while and then when it was on again I show up talking to each other asking to check the table while I am still confident I have left the camera in the bill counter, also like to mention and CCD guy too have admitted that there was no other customers during this time. Hence, I feel if the CCD management can help in recovering my photos and Camera it will be very kind of you.
What I missed the most is the memories we have in the pictures taken, appreciate help you can lead to keep up a good customer relationship.
