I have booked my bike from Bangalore on 22nd of October 2017 vide PRR/PWB No 2015603390 to CSTM (Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaja Terminus). Dear team, My family was booked bike and 2 bags from rajamundry to Guwahati on 27-04-2017. The parcel officer was given bill for amount is 4000, but he was taken 5600 for broker charges and other charges, and informed to my family the parcel will be reach with in 2 days. But up to till date parcel was not started from rajamundry. Corruption was too high at rajamundry parcel service. So plz look and support to resolve the same. Thanks.

This is to bring into your kind notice that i have sent 2 NO.s of Coolers from Hyderabad to Balugan, through railway luggage booking counter on 02nd May 2013 in East Coast Express and my POD NO:080578. when we reached balugan junction and checked with the railway staff, they said the luggage Van in sealed and it is going to be open in Howrah junction only from there they will sent my coolers to balugan it will take 2-4 days to reach balugan, but till now we didn’t receive any information about the same.
Kindly help us out to get our parcel back ASAP.
