I bought a century bubble mattress from Saravana Stores Padi on 22/09/2018. The same was delivered next day. On removing the polythene cover and central wrap a damage was noticed. I informed one Mr. Naresh at chennai of your company and sent him the details and photo of damage.
He promptly replied that they will replace the mattress. But whenever contacted he is dodging saying today tomorrow and giving lame excuses. I am unable to move out elsewhere to do my chores as I am waiting in my house for the replacement mattressfor the past seven days. I want your intervention in this matter.
