I need to ask about the wire transfer. From 3 January 2014 until today 27/01/14 i still wait for the money. Why it takes so long time for citibank to release the money. The sender sent the money from india citibank (pune) to Malaysia Hong leong bank. Please do something with it. I can’t wait for that long. Is it the citibank didnt follow up the transfer. If anything wrong citibank have to contact the sender too. Sender ( Kamble & Co) receiver ( Lee Pei Pei ) i already gave the swift code to HLBBMYKL. bank name, my name and also the bank account number.

Hello, I am Manoj Nagrani, in receipt of IndianOil Citibank Plantiun Credit Card in the month of Nov.2012. My statement is yet to receive either by courier or by mail even after login to site And request for statement. Only receive the SMS, within 48 hours it will come.But no coommunication, on SMS SHORT STATEMENT I have paid the outstanding amount.I visited nearest branch, but in vain. simply they have given mail id to regisrer complaint. After sending the request, The reply was very poor.
I am in need of statement, pl. arrange the same.

Regret to inform you that past so many month I am following with Citibank Customer Service dept thru mail or telphonically about my complaint but as of now I have not recd single call from there end . At present I am in big trouble bcz of no communication between Citibank and myself .
If somebody senior level can take action on the same and revert me it will great help for me as well as my family .
