• Creative warrants that the product purchased from the company to be free from material defects and workmanship which results in product failure during normal consumer usage.
• The limited warranty is valid only for the original end user and transferable to any other person.
• The customers have to provide the proof of purchase along with the receipt for the eligibility of limited warranty.
• The limited warranty is applicable with in the country limit and is given 12 months of warranty from the date of purchase of the product.
• The warranty includes labor charges during repair and also replaces the defective parts during the warranty if it is not possible to repair the item.
• Limited warranty is not applicable if the product is misused, neglected, improper handling, installation defects, etc.
• You should bear the shipping during the sending of product to Creative service center and the return shipping expenses are born by the company.
