Unsatisfactory Service for your End
With feeling very unsatisfactory by your service, I am writing this mail. I have purchased your product: Air Conditioner Model no: INDOOR – FTL50TV16V2 I/D & OUTDOOR – RL50TV16V2 D/D on dated: 29-03-2018 from outlet: Great Eastern Trading Co. situated at Madhyam Marg, Mansarover, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This product has been purchased by name Mr. Ramesh Cand Dixit and the register mobile in is: 9680222255. (For more detail soft-copy of Invoice/ Order Receipt has enclosed with this mail).
This Product isn’t giving proper cooling and many-times I have registered Complaint on your call center (1800 102 9300). I have placed complaint on dated: May 13th, 2018 at 2:38 PM, May 19th, 2018 at 11:09 AM and May 20th, 2018 at 4:17 PM. but my problem is still not resolved. I am feeling such fool while purchased this product. I have other company’s Air conditioners also (Panasonic and Volta’s) in my House and from many years I am using these product and there services with very satisfactory results. If this is your services in warranty period than for sure you people will make me more suffer after the completion of warranty for this product. your two technical person’s had came twice at my house to rectify/ resolve this problem (May 17th, 2018 and May 19th, 2018) but I haven’t received any satisfactory solution through those technical attendant. One of the technical attendant called his senior person(on dated May 19th, 2018) and that senior person communicated with me and he gave me a fake assurance to resolve this issue on Sunday (dated May 20th, 2018), after May 19th, 2018 no one have visited till time.
Now, this is my humble request to you either resolve my problem permanently or take of your product from my house location and payback by money otherwise forcibly I will make complain about in consumer forum.
I had Lodged complain on 26th April. Service Engineer visited on 27th April and said that a part needs to be replaced. He assured that replacement will take place in 2 working days. After 5-6 days when I didn’t receive any call from service desk, I called “Customer Service” on 1800229300 and asked the tentative date when my AC will get repair. I talked with several person in Customer service desk but I was not getting proper response. Then a person name “Mr.Rajesh” has confirmed that Part will get replaced latest by 4th May. I called customer service again on 3rd May just to confirm whether part will be replaced on 4th May. Ms. Ritu from customer service has also confirmed that it will be done on time. Nothing happened on 4th May. I then Talked with Mr. Tarun, he has assured me that work will get done by 7th May without fail.
I am completely clueless and worried whether Daikin has “After Sale Service” or they just sale and forget.

I had serviced my Daikin 1.5ton inverter AC by your authorized service agent Jamal at Palakkad one month back. After the service, the AC started giving trouble by cutting off after 10-15 minutes. Many service agents from Jamal visited and checked the AC and after about 15 days they said that PCB has to be replaced and will cost me approximately rupees 6000/-, which I was forced to agree. After repeated reminders they finally came and took away the pcb from my AC three days back and promised to rectify the fault by today. Now, they are blaming you that you have not yet sent the correct PCB and still waiting for the right part.
This is the worst service experience I ever had in my life and still getting roasted in the deadly heat here at Palakkad.
Waiting to see if you will do anything to relieve us from the boiling situation for choosing Daikin.

Dear Team,
As per telephonic conversion, Please see below issues that we are facing:
I purchased Daikin Split AC from dealer PACE Aircon Engineers on 20th Feb 2016 & was under warranty until Feb 20. 2017 and since then no services has been provided yet. Even though after contacting dealer multiple times he did not pay any attention to it..
When i called Dealer on Feb 18, 2017, where he mentioned that they could provide services until Jan 2017 and now no services will be provided to you in FEB even though it’ is under warranty.
Hearing that i told him that my AC is having some issue and not working as expected, looks like some product issue, also mention that my AC’s warranty is of one year and 3 services was promised when i bought it & not a single service has been done. After so many request, finally he got agreed to sent out any engineer at my apartment but due to some power failure he could not check that and went off. When i called him in even when power was back up, Dealer mentioned that he is busy and he will ensure that your AC will get repaired even warranty is over but no one from their shop contacted us yet despite of calling them so many times and he always say that he is too busy along with his engineer.
I also checked the product and could see that it’s manufacturer date was Jan 2014 and he sold out to me on Feb 2016 as this is a FRAUD. Dealer should have let us know about the manufacture date and after so many calls and pain, i had to go to consumer court and filed complaint against this dealer.
I am NOT happy with your AC services at all and false promises has been made that is not acceptable. I am writing it you to understand who will take the responsibility of this damaged/expired product issue and help me to rectify the problem.Hope that you guys take appropriate action and do the needful.
