DTDC E-Tracker is an online utility tracking integration between DTDC and the client mainly useful for E-enabled customers. System can be integrated through Web services, HTTP Request or secured FTP integration. This solution provides the incremental consignment status in periodic manner based on configuration. Apart from the system level integration, this solution can provide the periodic consignment status to the customer in CSV file format via email.

Pathetic service…..i am wondering why people are still preferring DTDC courier service even though they saw these many negative comments……I am supposed to receive my consignment M76309558 which was sent on 26th of July and today its 5th Aug but no response and in online it states delivered what the fuck!……I don’t have any other words other than this……no response to call or mail as said by others friends……I need nodal officer number or mail ID to make complaint. DTDC services are very bad services in all over india and abroad. My customer is regularly sending documents and every time it is taking more than 8 to 9 days. Why DTDC advertisement is giving it will delivery with in 2 to 3 days. WHY your DTDC is not doing the same. Every time we have to follow with your team and then only they will deliver the docket and the documents will be very important to us. Why your DTDC is not understanding the things. I will say your DTDC is worst and waste courier service. There is no customer care center no and mail id an there is no proper no is mentioning online. Every mobile and land land will be out of coverage area. WHY you are making people fool. Dont make fool to people if you are giving the words full fill your words. My docket is booked on 22nd april and till today it is not delivered and it is showing Not Delivered(COULD NOT ATTEMPT-(DIR)). They have not called me and not came to my home how they have written like this. Your people are waste people and waste service and waste DTDC.

This parcel contains my Original MBA marksheet and Convocation certificates which got couriered from Noida to Tirupati. When is checked online the status was updated that it has been delivered which actually did not get delivered. The response from courier delivery guy was “The parcel was stolen at the time of delivery” and he simply updated has delivered.
I contacted DTDC Bangalore, DTDC Hyderabad & DTDC Delhi all teams were irresponsible, and they gave me 100’s mobiles numbers which actually didn’t work.
I contacted my college for another copy, and they are demanding Rs.8000/- to remake it. I sent the mail proof to DTDC @customersupport@dtdc.com from Tejutej67@gmail.com for the claim and no one responded.
Being one of the biggest company with good fame. DTDC is playing with public’s valuable items and there is no proper response your side.
My question here is. Why did you people update as delivered without been delivered it is be considered as a fraudulent activity. From past 4 days I’m dying by calling all the branch and everyone is shifted they responsibilities to others.

I have sent a important document on 2nd October via DTDC Barasat champadali,Kolkata to Jandaha Patna. When I checked for the tracking result I saw it has stopped and not delivered.I contacted to the local branch and hajipur branch,but they told that the service is not available there.
Can anybody tell me what is happening there?is your service not available there then why did you accept this.Or why dont you return it.I am fed up by calling your staffs.Kindly do a needful.Its a very important document and we had to send it in 3 days.Please try to deliver it to the right address.

The franchise office gurgaon & the Namsai/ Guwahati office are not taking calls, no response to mails. I have tried all the possible numbers. Bangalore number it says is under shifting, most north India number(DELHI NCR) not valid or incomplete.
What does one do now, it is a big damage … I have been calling & sending messages to give update & if possible locate the parcel for delivery.

Our Shipment No: H82375289. Shipment updated as out for delivery and after some time “RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE AT 17.27HRS” But our office is closed after 19.30 Hrs. Due to their problems and inefficiency, DTDC is throwing to customers side and showing they are good at service…!!! Delivery staffs taking the undelivered shipments to his home and delivers next day!!!!…What is the security of your shipments?? Cannot guarantee contents are not misplaced.. Even, they are not bothered about their duties and responsibilities.

As its a third party seller , the seller was using DTDC for courier facility, but the DTDC courier service people without delivering the product they have changed the status as delivered. Dtdc courier service and customer care support is the worst service ever. The shipment delivery is delayed. The customer care representative does not respond well but hung up the call without intimation. Can never rely on this service at any cost. They are not trust worthy to send even the smallest of things through this courier service. Very irresponsible.

My consignment no is B53949205. It was booked fom bangalore on 24th april and it is showing delivered on 27th april. But i still did not received the parcel. DTDC courier status can be known by using the Tracking tool provided by the company or else you can submit your query directly to the above mentioned Head office number.
The Courier was booked on 12th of September 2014 for Amethi from Lucknow from Mahanager Computers Franchise of DTDC Courier and Cargo Ltd. (UP-13) Mobile No. 9336838224. Till date i.e. 22-09-2014 the courier is not delivered and after calling the above Mob. No. the person don’t pick the phone. If it is not possible for a Courier Service to deliver a courier only 200 Km. far it should shut the office and sit back. This is the HORRIBLE COURIER Service I have ever experienced.

I have sent a consignment from Pune to Bangalor on 27th sep 2014. When i inquired regarding the delivery of the consignment on 8th August 2014, The branch manager (available person in the respective branch) generated the report which says that “Receiver Refuse Delivery” and once they will receive the courier back it will be handed over to me.
But Receiver has not received any call to receive the courier.
After few days when i got a call to receive the courier back, they said that the reason for the unsuccessful delivery is “short Address”.
This is very unsatisfied service.
Could any one look into the issue and make the service better.
Even it is just like DTDC has earned 100 rupees services charge without providing services.

I read all other comments, so I am not sure whether my complaint will do any good.i was supposed to receive a courier fron bangalore on 4th September at kochi.The address was correct. My tracking id no B12923903.Even Kochi branch claim the package was received through bus route on 4th of september. But since then, what happened to my courier is a mystery.Nobody knows.I contacted sender.She told me, after a long try with phone calls, she was informed there was a confusion in address. But they didn’t bother to tell her this in first place. Afterwards I went personally to local branch at y.m.c.a kochi, there I was info rmed it got delivered there.Now if the whole address is wrong, how got it deliveted there.I contacted main office.They promised to get back to me immediately and I gave my mobile number. Since then no response from them either. What sort of a service is this Sir.I am worried my document is lost forever

I have tried office Number. After long process, a gentleman picked up and asked detail. We given the DTTC Consignment Number M88639607 and asked the status . he given a mobile # and asked to call there. From there another … Like ten Numbers…we tried & frustrated and called customer care .
After several attempts, a Gentleman Picked up the Telephone and asked the Information and Put the call on HOLD FOR 15 Minutes . We disconnected and called again. NO response . Are u in Service category ??? This is really pathetic service. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. What type of service your running without responsible persons /Team . Really very, very Bad .
