Hi, this is kuldeep singh rathore from ahmedabad, guys ELICA is the world’s best CHEATER company i have seen so far, because before 15 days i have purchased one chimney from ELICA and 1stly they took 15 days to deliver the product, and his sale person taken 300/- for delivery charge and he told me that you have to pay pipe charge as per usage, then i said ok, and now they are asking for 600/- for installation extra, how they can ask for that coz this is your product and if you guys will not install then how it will be confirmed that product is ok or not ??? and now when i said that i ll do it my own then they are saying that your warranty will not be applicable from day one, how can you say that when you guys are not confirming that your product is ok or not which you delivered ??/ and my whole family is in high court so i know the law ok, and i ll show you how can i get warranty on my product which i have purchased from you guys , so just wait and watch , and you hv to come in the court now..coz I promise you i ll nvr let you go like this after cheated the customers.

I have booked elica hob and chimney. The dealer told me that an engineer will come and Mark the dimensions of the Hob so that the granite can b shaped accordingly. Yesterday I booked the engineer visit for the same for today. Since morning I have been waiting and the engineer hasn’t come. Pathetic service. Feel like cancelling my order
