Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: – This is a complaint regarding the service center of Epson EHYD34 Microchip Technologies.
We raised the complaint about our Epson EB-X18 Business Projector on 16 April 2018 and the complaint number was 4721610.
At the time of complaining login the customer care support person inform us the complainers will be checked within 3 Working days, but the service engineer responds us after 15 days when we were calling him directly he refuse to come His name is Mr. Ramu his contact number is 7659050009. The person even doesn’t have the sense to talk to the customer. After checking the projector he told us they will send the quotation for the parts & he sent the captain of Rs.79, 384.00 of part Optical Engine and MAB sets.
When we were getting the same model projector at RS.54, 000 how can they give one part replacement quotations of RS. 79,384. Is that part more than costly of the whole projector?
The second thing Without our any confirmation, they closed the complain ticket from the customer care desk as they mention their “customer doesn’t want to repair the projector” & when I am trying to call them & mail them they were not responding to us.
We have more than 50 projectors of the same brand. If we will get this kind of service from the Epson so we have to think about purchasing the Epson Projectors & other accessories of your brand for any of our future needs.
Today again I raised the complaint on service desk the ticket number is 4803861. Kindly look after this matter personally otherwise we have to think your device before purchasing.
