Please note that I had purchased Epson Printer Model Number L1 300 Serial Number UBAY002524 from Lucknow.
I have to bring to your notice the strange manner in which your Authorised Service Centre personnel in Multi Tech Services are behaving when I approached them on Sep 08, 2018 (Customer Care Report attached) for its repair purpose as it suddenly stopped functioning. The staff at Multi Tech strangely told me that they will change a spare part (Power Supply) costing 2800 but with no guarantee that after changing the part also the printer may or may not work. I agreed and paid the said amount. Today the personnel told me that he has changed the power supply spare part but it has still not solved the problem as probably power supply spare part was not faulty and now they will change some other spare part costing 10000. And this too with no guarantee of Printer functioning in proper manner. Ideally they should identify what’s the correct fault with the printer and change the required spare part rather than experimenting with it on trial and error basis and making us pay for all the spare parts with no guarantee of repair also.
Request you to take necessary action in identifying the correct fault in the printer and making us pay only for the correct spare part and return our printer in working condition. After-sales-service goes a long way in positive word-of-mouth publicity as, then only we recommend Epson products to our other business friends.
We submitted a complaint yesterday (Oct 16, 2018) by filling your online feedback form also but have not even received any acknowledgement of the same on our email id or SMS. We also called up ypur Epson Toll Free Service Centre Numbwr 1800 425 0011 but your call centre executive did not pay any attention to the above complaint we wanted to register against Multi Tech Services but he kept on repeating that the Engineer will visit us on Monday and gave us Complaint Number 5349484.

Dear sir,
I am having epson L200 model printer of 1 year old, now i am having a power supply problem in that printer, the power input is not coming, so that i have contacted the customer care very poor response from them since i am contacting them for the past 1 month no one has still attended the cal for service or any other response from them when ever i cal them they say there will be some problem with board so only power supply is not coming, ok then whats next if i ask they say service person will come soon to you with new board but for the past 1month no one has come here to my office as a service person from epson , go to hell with your customer care

We have purchase epson printed L100 serial number NFUK 014937 and the print colour ways is not impress properly. We have several time remind for past 5 days to 0422 2524122 but there is no proper response. This is nor good for business. I pourchased one epson perfection 660 scanner serial no is*ekyu060032*BAA model no is6650 all gaurentee periods are over but matter is I took in to the epson service centre ” global service point ” VISAKHAPATNAM they simply saying board is problem but it is not available take new scanner.
My scanner problem is scanner is working but the light which is moving inside is strucked it is not moving properly and immediately come IMAGE READ ERROR that is the complaint
Do you suggest any remidy. and more take care of the irresponsible centres
