I purchased a EPSON Printer Model No. L210 Serial No. S2AK274924 on 03/Sep2014 now this printer is not working properly. there is a defect in this printer. This printer is not taking pages from tray. we have filled a online complaint to EPSON to arrange an engineer.
Engineer came and took a report that Paper Pickup Roller is not working properly and under it doesn’t come under Warranty and extra Roller charges are Applicable for that itseems.
I’ve purchased Printer Before 20 days only, Please give me properly solution.

I purchased a EPSON Printer Model No. LP210 Serial No. S2AK010254 on …./…./20… now this printer is not working properly. there is a defact in this printer. this printer do not take pages from tray. we have filled a online complaint to EPSON and they arrange a engineer Mr. Narender from greentech computerts GURGAON. he made a csr report no. 8613 on 18/03/2013 he clean the printer but even after that the problem is not solved and continously making same problem. please make repair my printer or if it is a manufacturing problem or not repaired then please change it.

I purchased an Epson T-60 printer just some months back. Now it’s time to replace the ink pad and some months back ago, Epson people are dodging my calls and requests. My printer had stopped printing. I called the call center; they said it’s not in warranty because it’s more than 3 months old. So they asked me to call my local service provider in Hitech Service centre , kolkata people cannot help my printer because their laptop is not working so they cannot come to my place for service. Instead, they asked me to come along with the printer to their workshop. Why has Epson management gone from okay to bad and worse? Please keep up the good name of Epson and help get my printer to work.Now The Printer Is In Hi tech Service centre.
