It was founded in the year 1971 with its head office located in Little Ferry, New Jersey. It is one of the first company to produce digital audio processors in Sound recording, post production and broadcast studios.
In the year 1990s, the company designed and developed digital logging machines with greater storage capabilities and also offered advanced communications logging recorders and instant recall recorders for NG911, P25. The Instant Phaser and 1745 Digital Delay Line are the two original products lines of the company. Richard Factor and Orville Greene are the Co-founders of the company and Richrad Van Tieghem is the President for Audio Division. From past 40 years, the company has been designing the best audio products having the quality and flexibility in its products.
