Gionee Warranty India :
- All the Gionee devices are provided a limited period warranty of 12 months against manufacture defects in workmanship from date of shipment.
- Accessories such as Adaptors, Cradles and Certain Power Supplies carry a warranty period of 6months warranty from date of delivery.
- The defective products have to be returned to Gionee Service Centres in India with shipping charges borne by the customer and should be ready to pay the service charges if product is out of warranty or does not satisfy company warranty terms.
- Free replacement of the product is provided if it is found with manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
- Warranty is not applicable for products which are repaired and altered by unauthorized persons.
- Warranty is not applicable if the product is damaged accidentally, due to electrical stress or beyond normal use.
- Defects caused by rough handling of products or due to liquid logging are not covered under warranty.

i have submited my phone in june 29 in navi mumbai sanpada servis center but stil im not recive any informetion to gionee servic center i was calling again and again they are reply part is pending …take it time ..i was no idea they have very chip servic in service in service center ..today im going to canjumer foram regarding this…
