I purchased hood chimney through Snapdeal and received the item 10days back. It is not installed till today. Ref no. 201809000003712. The technician came and asked me to purchase a 4inch pipe. He said he will come next at 3pm. I waited till 5.30 cancelling my schedule. When I called he said he is not coming since another worker is not available. yesterday (8th) he called me when I was in market and said that he is coming. I told him that I will be at home after half an hour. I requested him to come later. But he reached my home before me. I asked him to wait since I am almost near my house and it takes just ten minutes to reach. He told my wife he will be back in half an hour and left. Till now nobody came. Installation is pending.
Very bad customercare in Trivandrum. When I called afternoon to customercare centre in Trivandrum, the lady said we will not even a minute if you are not present at home but we have to wait for him any number of days cancelling all our works. So nice.
