we have bought a fully automatic godrej washing machine worth Rs.23000 on 12/09/2014.The people from the shop delivered the machine in our home the very next day.They told us that Customer care Executive will reach our home and shows the demo within 48 hours.But the person reached here only after 1 week.He simply taken the machine from the cartoon box and quickly shows the operation and left.But when we try to work the machine after loading the cloth heavy sound is hearing from the machine.When i call the service care centre they said the machine is complaint.They told us to register the complaint.As they said,i had registered the complaint.But they didn’t came.When i contact them they shouts against me.Now this is the 13th day after the machine brought in my home.We cannot use it till this day…Is this your service ? I have purchased GWI5511RES front loading washing machine in March 2011 and recently a month ago it’s motor coil burnt. I called the Goodrej customer care and finally after 1 week a technician came to check the problem. He said the motor coil is burnt and will cost approx INR 12000/- but needs to check and will do so only if I decide to replace the motor and place an order. He was trying to point at the fact that this repair could have been covered if I had purchased extended warranty which could be true but at the moment I wanted him to rectify the problem. He was more keen on getting the machine sold to a Gujri or Salvage person who was his friend saying he could offer me 500 extra over what any dealer would offer for an exchange if I buy a new washing machine.
He later called to check if I was willing/interested to salvage the washing machine and when I asked him what is the exact cost of the motor replacement which he had said he will confirm and get back, he said it will cost 15800/-.
I have lost trust on this guy and the service and feel he is taking me for a ride and want to know how much the motor really costed.

I brought a Godrej fully automatic washing machine costing around 16,000 rs. The machine is still in its warranty period, till now we have registered around 10 complaints for this machine within 2 years. Godrej has provided us with a defected machine. Every time we use it some or the other problems occur and it stops working. We are living in Sakinaka , Mumbai where we get full time water and electricity supply without any issues, so there is no chance that the machine does not get enough of water to function properly. Earlier when we used to register complaints the technician used to come and do the repair and the machine would work fine for 2 months max, but now when we are registering complaint the technicians are not bothered to come and see what is the problem. We had registered a complaint on Oct 12, the technician came and said that PUC needs to be replaced and he went away, there was no sign of him returning back after that, we had to call up customer care every day and inquire about the status every time they would say we are forwarding this request on high priority but no further steps were taken. After constants calls to the customer care the technician came on Oct 19 ad replaced the part and without even waiting to check whether the machine is working fine or not he just ran away.. The final result was my machine was still not working and that person went and reported the complaint is closed. We registered a fresh complaint, now no calls from the service center as to when to come for repair and nothing. Today is Oct 23 and till now my washing machine is not working and we are washing clothes with our hands. 12 days and no kind of service from Godrej. We made the biggest mistake of buying a Godrej product for the first time ever, 16,000 rs became a waste. Our whirlpool semi-automatic machine was way to good than this defected Godrej machine. 12 years we had our whirlpool machine and it was just once that a problem happened with that, the whirlpool technicians came in time and did the required service also and ensured the machine is working perfectly. I would request all of you to please never buy any Godrej product as they do not respond to any of our complaints. Please do not waste your money for the defected Godrej Products. We invested so much of money looking for the best washing machine, but it turned out to be the worst out of all..

From 8 days I am searching theservice centre at aurangabad, for repars of the machine, with a small problem, that even the machine is off it takes water and due to which it dosnt start.

We bought your product by July 2012. The free service that was promised to us was never done in spite of constant calling. By November 2012 there was some problem and then had to call them for one week to get the service guys come. In the middle of the day they come and I had to take leave and go home and after a brief inspection of about 5 mins they left. The very next day they came again and opened the entire washing machine and left it like that and did not come for 3 weeks (even after constant calling). Then he came and found out the timer is not working and he said he will come the very next day with the timer but it is 5 weeks now and they never came. The warranty period is still not over. Now if called they are demanding for money. We opted for Godreg because of its quality that remains for so many days. But we experienced one of the worst service ever. Please elevate this complaint to the higher authorities so that they are aware of the dirtiest service centers in chennai.

I have had problem with my fully automatic godrej washing machine. I have taken it to the service center at Kangra (H.P.) and they have returned the same after changing some item inside. When they returned, I found the lower cover missing. Now my machine has leakage problem. The water starts running as soon as I start the washing machine. I have been calling them for the last 7 days and I always get the same answer – kal 100%!! I am fed up of this service center who keeps on saying kal 100%. Is there someone higher up who can help me and make them work? Or how many more kal 100% should I listen to before I go for a change of machine. This is the last time I am buying anything related to Godrej.

I purchased a fully automatic washing machine which was delivered on26/6/2012 and I was told that technician will come for demonstration after two days but after continuous persuasion came on 20/7/2012 and that machine does not working properly, process is not completing fully, whenever I called customer care and service center but nothing has been done so far.i have contacted shri Satyajit chaudhary team leader direct sale to whom i booked this machine and he promised me to replace the same after talking with his superiors but nothing happened even after one week. today i again contacted shri chaudhary on phone 7597300989 and 09024674463 several times but not responded at all. Service center people at kota neither want to help nor to talk. i have tried to talk to sales manager at jaipur but they are not responding too. pl replace this .

I have purchased Godrej washing machine on dated 14.7.2012. Now the machine is not working totally. I registered online complaint on 11.7.2012 and Complaint No. is 316. Your technician came to my house on the same day and checked it and he told me that wiring and on/off switch were damaged. The wiring was damaged due to cut by a rat and no warranty is undertaken. I agreed to pay the cost of wiring. Then he told me that he will come back within two days along with parts to solve the problem. Since 5 days later nobody will come to my house to resolve my problem. I inquired at your local service center so many times but no proper answer is given. Kindly do the needful to send your technician immediately to solve my problem.

Now a days the customer service of the GODREJ COMPANY is very very very poor. Their engineers are very lethargic and it seems that the eyes of the executives of the company is closed.
I have an godrej fully automatic washing machine. I registered its complaint on 27 oct 11, which can be easily traced by contact no 9711446725. A person named Mr.Deepak visited us on the very next day and told us that the pump which is used to throw the water from machine is damaged.He took the part with and told us that within a week hw will fix it. But now its 19 days over and complaint is still unattended. Whenever i called in the agency they reply me that “your machine is absolute now.and if we get the part on this wednesday we will fix it on thursday” .I heard this reply atleast 3 times.
I really want to know whether it is going to be attended or not. and almost every year you launch a new model then what about maintanence of older models. You are very particular to took the service charge but where is the service?

complained abt the washing machine in Tirupati centre on 25.01.2011. Technician came after severeal reminders and told some of the parts has to come from bombay. After few days ,he said that he has been ordered and it will come afterone month . Till today I am approaching them they said it has not come. at some time the service centre was closed. I am finding lot of difficulty to catch hold of the service centre persons. Again two days back washer timer is not working properly. again I went to them and complained he informed that he will come see the at 9.00 A.M on 16.03.11 .Neither the technician nor any member of the service came and checked.

I am having an automatic eon top load washing machine. the problem of the machine is when machine was started, the water pouring to the machine is drained simultaneously. I made a complaint to your call center on 26/09/2010 having complaint no.776338. Till date no body has turned up even after reminding the local service center twice on 27/09/2010 and 28/09/2010 and to your call center twice on 28/09/2010 in the morning and evening. I had also informed them that clothes and detergents are inside the machine for washing.

I have complained on Friday( 04.06.10) informing the total shut down of my washing machine. Till today (08.06.10) there was no technician attending.Everytime I gave reminder they say Technicians will come tomorrow. Its 5 days over. & I’m totally frustrated with the disgusting service of Godrej.
