The important aspects to be known before placing an order are listed below in detail.
- Payment has to be made only by Cash to its delivery partner (Delhivery) at the time of delivery and note that Cheque or Demand Drafts are not accepted.
- COD orders can be delivered only at select locations and the delivery service can be checked by entering your area Pincode during the order process.
- COD orders cannot be combined with Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards or any other promotions.
- Minimum order value for COD is Rs. 499/- and maximum order value is Rs. 4500/-.
Returns and Refund Policy :
While returning Himalaya products customers have to mention their order number, name, name of the product and the reason for returning the goods. The products have to be returned to the warehouse within 30 days from the date purchase. The company also provides Replacement option and the purchased products have to be sent back by sharing the details of couriers with Himalaya Herbals.
The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment. Himalaya Herbals offers 100% money back on its products if the customer is not satisfied with any of its products purchased from its stores either online or offline. In case of online orders the refund amount also includes the delivery charges.

I stay at Garia kolkata 84 doctor has prescribed me lukol syrup for my daughter but in kolkata all Himalaya stores r telling company has not supplied more than several months so why yr MR r visiting doctors in kolkata to write this products? I think company is good reputed but how u wl solve immdtly. it is very sad to say we r living in India with this type of reputed company who cannot supply simple product timely in killers. is it possible to control all ur mr to make smooth product supply.
