I booked an Honda Amaze S CVT on September 24, 2018 from Prime Honda, Vaishali Dist Ghaziabad (UP) and delivery was scheduled on October 10, 2018 and given an advance of Rs. 5,000/- as advance amount.
On 30th September without giving me any information, they raised the invoice and insurance of an old car in my name even at that time my loan also was not sanctioned.
On Oct 8, my loan got sanctioned from my own channel and bank issued the DO. Then they shared me the performa invoice and request for balance payment and confirmed that tomorrow i.e. on Oct 9, they shall raise the invoice and shall complete all the process to avoid waiting time at the time of delivery on Oct, 10.
On Oct, 10, when i reached there to taken the delivery, first they taken payment from me, get the signed on all the documents, saying that this is all the formalities and when i see the car, it was old, already run by 95 KM, one door also damaged and front bumper was also damaged of the vehicle.
I denied to take the delivery of this vehicle and request him to give me new vehicle. He insisted to take the delivery of this old vehicle only.
Now, neither they are returning my money back nor they are giving me the new vehicle.
as per them, i have to take this old product only otherwise i have to forgot my money and vehicle.
I have purchased honda city diesel vx from ur dealer in jammu i.e Mapple Honda and was pleased to be part of Honda family.
Unfortunately on 7th of Aug-2018 my car was hitted from rear right side and the dead axel got damaged in that hit. Rather the car was transferred to ur maple honda dealer ship where they took more than 25 days to do the all the work and the vehicle was delivered to us on 1 st of September . But when i stared driving the vehicle there was some annoying noise coming from rare of the vehicle i informed your officials that day only.
Then i again visited ur dealership on 3rd sep. where a full day was taken by the honda dealership and they call me and said the vehicle was ok now but again when i drove the car same noise was there.
Then they told me to visit again i visited ur dealership on 7,11 and 19 of same month with the vehicle handed over to them for full day as they desired but no satisfactory work was done till that day.
I was busy for next full week but was able to send the vehicle back to ur dealership, then on 1 st of October i drove to the dealership and had left my car there for the same problem. Now its more than 5 days still same problem persists in the car. And they have not even given the time of delivery but they are always saying the day ur car will be ok we will deliver you. Now research and development ( R &D) is being done my car for which all the main parts of my vehicle except the engine have been replaced. I have purchased the car for my luxury and not for R &D purpose of company and this vehicle has been totally spoiled by the dealership for there personal training sessions for there trannies. I am 70 kms away from ur dealership and one time visit to ur dealership takes around 1500-2000 bucks.
I request the authorities to please tell me the time of delivery of my car so that the problem i am facing without my vehicle can be kept in my mind that i have purchased a car(Honda)Its a long time of two months that i am without my car and u can better understand the need of car in todays senecio.
I want to inquire why one should go to honda when there are more brands available in the market and what makes honda different from other…

My Honda WRV, was picked up for 3rd free service from Honda landmark – Ahmedabad on 9th sept.’18, and the coordinator Mr.Jay told we will return ur car after service by today evening by 5pm.
To my surprise when I called back at 5:30 pm to the coordinator head Mr.Jay of Honda landamark, that still I am waiting for my car, Jay said we will not give back ur car since ur 15000/- amount is due for accessories than he connected to assecories head Mr.Mitesh and he also gave the same statement saying, we will not give ur car back.
So I made the assecories complete payment of 15000/- on 17th sept’18 to Mr.Mitesh at Honda landmark Ahmedabad and when I cross checked whether the service has been done, to my surprise, Mr.Mitesh told me, u have not told us to do the car service .
If the service guy Mr.Jay and accessory guy Mr.Mitesh are so smart in making trap and picking up my car for service on 9th sep’18 and kept the car till 17th Sept 18 …than why the service was not done in this 9 days and when I complained the customer care head ms.manisha for not servicing my car in 9 days on that she said, that was ur problem of payment so don’t speak to us better u speak to mr.mitesh the accessory person and on that when I said why did u picked my car for service so on top of her voice she said we are not liable to answer u, better u visit our centre and if you want to service ur car than drop ur car to our centre again and she misbehaved completely.
Thru my reference 2 of my colleague bought Honda WRV but I am highly disappointed with service department and customer care department of Honda Landmark Ahmedabad.
From a decade, I have been using Maruti car but have never faces such issues on service or neither faced such rude behaviour from customer care department.
I am shocked at your low service standards to say the least. Never had such experiences with Maruti for over two decades. Deeply regret having bought HONDA. Ever since I have bought it going to your service centre is just a source of harassment. As a media person I am now going to share my experiences with your brand with the widest possible audience to save others from HONDA’S POST SALES SERVICE HORRORS. You close centres overnight. Your authorized dealers have given wrong parts in the past. I have many many experiences to share.
LATEST PROVOCATION/ LAST STRAW:
I had given my HONDA City HR BK 26 5280 at the HONDA INFINITY centre for changing the CLUTCH PAD yesterday. The pad was supposed to be an illegal one given by your earlier dealer based in sector 53 in front of RD City.
The car was to be given by evening to me. Instead the care got delivered today. This is inspite of the fact that I had checked with your customer service person as to what day is lean and was advised to give in Tuesday or a working day other then week ends.
I had given the driver Rs 500 to get to ensure that the car is not returned with zero fuel. The driver did give me a receipt also but the car was returned today with almost nil fuel which is not sufficient for taking it even to the fuel station.
The car was not delivered yesterday as promised. Today also instead of delivering it at 11 am it got delivered at 12: 30 pm wasting half of my day which certainly costs more than the HONDA BILL of Rs 5010. Also indicates that you give a damn to the time of your customers.
It is clear that they have used the car and finished the fuel and then did not have the basic courtesy of getting more petrol filled with information to me. I could have easily paid for it along with the bill given to me. However its pointless telling this to HONDA which is only interested in selling the car and then duping the customers with total incompetence on service. Horrible customer service standards.
I have enough reasons to go public with my experience as such practices have to be challenged and fought tooth and nail.

This is bring to your information that my self Chandra Vijay Sahu owning Honda Amaze SMT (JHO1-BN-0651) from the last three years.
Right now i am posted in Jagdalpur (Chatissgarh) and i visited the GeeKay Honda Showroom on Monday, regarding some dent issue of the Bonut and some scratches in the bumper of the car. The executives of the showroom replied that they don’t have any facility for denting of the car and for the same they will send the car to Raipur.
Sir one thing that i want to mention that being ” HONDA” the big brand in the market of Cars don’t have facility like which i had mentioned in the mail.
If not then on what basis “HONDA” is claiming that you are having the best custumer and service facility across the INDIA.
It is very unfortunate that Brand Like HONDA has such poor service Centre. Based on the commitment given by HONDA people in showroom regarding the Custumer satisfaction, I had purchased the Honda Amaze, but i think my decision of purchasing the Honda vehicle is not correct after seeing such poor response from your Jagdalpur showroom.
It is my humble request to either shut down your service centre of the Jagdalpur town or increase all type of servicing facilities in the showroom.

Our Honda Amaze was picked up for service on September 15, 2014 by Honda company service person. The meter reading when he picked up the car was 1016 kms and on return it showed 1069 kms. The car moved 53 kms, whereas the service center is located at a mere 8 kms from my home, meaning a round trip would take only 16 kms.
None of the people from Landmark Honda, Thaltej service center, Ahmedabad are willing to reply on this matter to any number of phone calls made and are responding with the standard-” I’ll call you back on the matter.” The service advisor, Mr. Mihir Bhavsar will not respond to our calls (We’ve made over 10 phone calls) .
We hope someone at the company is responsible enough to look into such a matter as it concerns and raises question about several cars being serviced daily at your service centers. Kindly suggest a different service center than Landmark Honda to avoid such malpractices in future.

After writing you many times but you showed your helplessness to rectify toxic smell from
my new Car and at last I took delivery from your workshop. Meanwhile I contacted many persons
who bought the same model of your car recently I was shocked to know that many of
the people are facing the same problem.
Everyone I met said they are very much disturbed with the dead rat smell from the car.
Then I happen to meet some car experts and discussed the problem with them.
I came to know that the material used in the interiors are sub standard and
The “new car smell” is actually the smell of toxic chemicals off-gassing from interior
auto parts such as the seating, dashboards and vehicle trim. Many synthetic materials
and plastics are produced with chemical additives that are used to change the engineering
.performance of the plastics, thus these plastics may contain plasticizers,
stabilizers, flame retardants, aintimicorbials and antioxidants. Due to these additives,
.many pollutants, including benzene, toluene and xylene, were found in levels exceeding
indoor .
Now we have formed a group who are sufferer and together we are going to protest
for this problem by getting your Car tested for such hazardous chemicals used in car
interiors and make other people know how you are playing with the health of consumers.
Mean while please let me know your norms and standard for material used in interiors
so that we can get it tested accordingly. Also please give me contact details of the directors
with whom we can take the matter.
I am shocked to experience from your representative Ms.Sangeetha this morning who disconnected the call while talking. I wanted to know the number of Customer care manager to speak about my problem. She said 24 hour it will take.
When I asked why 24 hours to share a number she disconnected the phone. I too have recorded this conversation and it has given me a mental agony early morning to the core. Paid Rs.12.5 lakh for a product and can not talk to the customer care manager. Whom the customer will speak to? what a company ????????????????????????

Hey , i am Arihant Doshi from udaipur rajasthan. Recently i called Mr Pushkar on 08094000908 in udaipur for a test drive of new honda city and i was told that the vehicle is not available and i will be contacted soon when the vehicle is available . After 2 days i called back and i still got the same reply . So i waited and 10 days passed away but i was not contacted . So i called mr Pushkar after 10 days and when asked about it he replied to me very rudely and still refused to accept his mistake and rather started arguing with me and hung up the call abruptly . This is not a way a customer should be treated . Please take some steps for the same . I am not going to wait for 10 days to buy a car . If this will happen you will be the one loosing customers . Till date neither Sales Manager nor sales Exec,intemated the delivery date. nor he responding my phone.On dated 5/2/2014 Rahul ask me you can cancel the booking
As i have taken car advance of Rs 500000 from our deptt on 14/1/14 & rule of our deptt. is that if i could not submit the purchase document with in 30 days ,will return the advance money with intrest.
,You are requested to intemate who is responsible ? who will bear the intrest which i have to deposit in our deptt? this is breach of contract & faith of brand Honda.

My complaint is with respect to Servicing done for my Car on 03rd may 2013 and delivered on 04th May 2013. The Work done is very shabby and not up to the HONDA delivery standards. I tried calling up the Manager today ( Mr. Padma Kumar) yesterday( Being Sunday I can understand!) and today whom i was in touch but no response. No one is picking up the call as once the Amount is received no responsibility. But this is not Honda Standards!!
I had recommended HONDA car to my company as the ywere looking for a vehicle; that is how I cam e to know Mr. Kumar. All this was on the basis of FAITH and Trust I had for Honda and its Service over the years.( Have being using Delhi facility for all my Car work so far and never had any problem)
Even they call after the servicing is done to check about our feedback and satisfaction level.
My complaints:
1. The cleaning has not been thoroughly of the car.
2. I was told it is a major service as the car has travelled 60,000 kms to which I agreed and mentioned all the needful to be done to the best of the way.
3. But when the vehicle has come back , the Seat belt trap was not fixed( It was exactly the way I gave while servicing, screw out and just lying!! Let me tell you I did this purposely to check whether this kind of things will be done or not). This shows whether people have done their work thoroughly or not.
4. There is a nagging sound which is coming while driving, when I showed it to the driver( who came to deliver the car) he said there is nothing. Made him drive with me then he said don’t worry this is greasing and will go in a day or so. Till now I can hear this.
5. About the driver : when my car was picked up(03rd may2013) I gave Rs 500 to fill the petrol as the tank was empty. And later when the car was sent back on 04th May 2013 I again asked Mr. Kumar to tell the driver fill RS. 500 worth of petrol. That means total rs 1000 petrol. Still the Fuel sign was showing empty.
And yesterday I got the tank filled with 35 litres of petrol. The exact KM when the car was taken is written on the main bill and one can tally it with current run ( I drove approx 50 kms by now )
I don’t know what is the capacity of HONDA tank . In 02 days the total distance it travelled ,wherein all Rs 1000 petrol( which will be 15 litres approx) got over. When the car was being serviced and then sent back to me . The total distance will not be more than 100 km.
This shows the HONESTY.
I have been using HONDA car from past 05 years , we have at least 05 car in our household .ALL HONDA and the trust which I had has been broken completely today.
One can check with Mr. Kumar when I called him to get the Servicing of my car done. The only thing I told him I have too much faith and trust in HONDA and Honda staff as I use to have the same in Delhi. But everything has been broken.
Being a busy person I don’t get the chance to give my car for servicing and bring it back. This facility of Honda ( Pick and drop) is what make us feel so comfortable. And we trust that we are giving our vehicles in the RIGHT hand to the RIGHT people and TRUST that everything will be done PERFECTLY with TRUST.
But this kind of response if we get then I think; I should let it know to the concerned people , HOW THINGS MIGHT NOT BE THE SAME for their company in this competitive world if CUSTOMER is taken for a ride??
I approached autofin honda dealer at nampally for activa quotation.The sales executive named faraz has given me quotation when i asked him to exclude Extra acessories charges he says it is mandatory to take it when i replied him saying this rule is not applicable in Orange Honda showrooms he asks me to book an activa in honda orange not at autofin..Is this the way Honda works or Is it appropriate to behave with customers like this…As I went myself with a friend both of us being girls..He might have considered us unaware of anything…It is really Frustrating to see such sales executives with a brand like Honda…Ask him to correct his attitude…
Today on 25 april, I visited the showroom for test drive for honda amaze Vehicle. The concerned sale dealer mr. V.K.DHIR donot have a car for test drive .he told me they do not have car for test drive .he also told me that company does’not provide the car for demo driving
When I inquired the same from the Sales Man, he inquired me that they have car but they are not giving it for test drive .

Today on 11th April, I visited the showroom to proceed further to get the delivery of the Vehicle. The concerned sale girl Ms. Poonam asked me for the color and model. I told her that I am interested in VXMT model of white color in diesel. About delivery, she informed me that the same would be let me informed on Saturday i.e. 13th April. She also told me that today they are not giving any deliveries, as all the cars are for Demo only. To my utter surprise, I observed that the deliveries of the car is happening in the back door.
When I inquired the same from the Sales Manager Mr. Dheer, he inquired about my booking. It gives me another shock when he informed me that your waiting number is 71. When I inquired that how the waiting number can be extended from 55 and why you are not giving preference to the previous booking, he was not able to give any satisfactory reply.
Now I have following queries :-
1. What is the purpose of advance booking?
2. Why the deliveries were not made as per the seniority of the booking?
3. What is the benefits to the customers who made booking in advance?
4. How the booking number is extended from 55 to 71?

For your kind information, I am already using your 2 cars (Honda City and Honda Accord) since 2003. I am very loyal towards your brand and have high respect. That is the only reason that without seen the car, we booked your new car in advance, so that we can get the same on the day of Launch.
But today, after visit your showroom in Ludhiana, I felt cheating is being done by your dealer. I never expect such type of business for a company like HONDA, who knows for their quality product and excellent services.
Today I feel lot of pain while writing this type of feedback about your company, but as a well wisher & loyalty towards your company force me fulfill my duty.
I shall be highly grateful if you please let me know the status of my booking and inform me when I shall add another HONDA car in my garage.
For your ready reference, I am also enclosing herewith the copy of sale contract and cash receipt. Hope you will find the same in order.

i had an accident of my honda city zx which required replacement of right side rear door. I lodged the same complaint on 21st march 2013 and my advisor assured Mr. Satish Kaushik assured me that the work will be done in 3 days time. An insurance survey was done late by one day due to negligence of advisor and this is not all till 26th advisor never gave me any correct reply about the work any was very rude in his behavior and refused to give any reply by saying he doesnt know anything that what is the progress of the parts which were not available with them. Initially he lied to me that he has punched the order and parts will reach him from his noida factoryin evening , then he said that he didnt got the parts as he did not order them.
I also talked to his senior Mr. yash about this but he also never replied anything and stopped receiving my calls as he dont care about his job and told me that honda company is now shut down for 10 to 12 days and nothing can be done by him at his end and send me the damaged car at my door step saying whenever he will get parts and time he will ask for that car and till them he cant do anything.
Finally after this harassment i approached their manager Mr neeraj who told me that he will look into the matter but all his sayings were in vain after 17 days of the car sent for repair nothing has been done from hondas side. This is not even a service i am expecting this is something which i have to pay for and still the company doesnt care about the suffering of their customers. I have been harassed and staff behaved very unappropriately and rudely with me, if this is what honda give in return to thier loyal customers then they should get ready to shut their company from indian market. I was planning to buy the new car honda amaze but if this is how they treat their customers then i will not buy any honda car and will discourage others to do the same.
I hope some strict action should be taken regarding the concerned officials.
mr.rana ,when talking on phone we confirmed honda city vmt. at a figure, that figure amt was given to them, when we informed on 12.2.2013 we been cuming 4 delivery they told ok come till 5pm,i been there at 5.30 , nothing was been complited, all things i done there ask to mr rana ,he didnt told that he has been out of station, after reaching there he is saying that he has been to jamnagar, then rear sensor according to agreement was not been fitted in car, asking for that they told it will not bee done now, it will b done on the 1st servise, or may u come rajkot next time,we live in junagadh, and distance between junagadh and rajkot is 107km, if we travel from jnd to rjt we will b paying 1600rs for petrol,and in case of seat covers mr rana told i will provide you, n in that case handling mr chirag, given us covers by a long discussion fight, when we told ask mr rana n make me talk to him , mr rana switch off the phone, we took covers with us but next day mr.rana calls n says return the seat cover or ur rto process will b stoped and you will be charged rs 4500. for that,,,,these persons are so harising man, plzzzzz help

My Honda Brio AT Has sent to repair after an accident (It is not a major accident). They told me that after insurance approval they want one week to arrange parts and one day to fix the parts so that I expect they will take maximum two weeks to repair my car. So after two weeks I called them then I was told that parts they order was wrong and they place the new order that will reach next week and once it receive next day they can deliver the vehicle. Therefore after one week again I called them, then I was told that the car has more damages so they want some more additional parts, that they placed order and expected to collect next week.
Now, I have been waiting since last one month to get my car back. Like this service who will buy Honda cars in India? The dealer must track the reason why they cant give proper service, the answer is in capable/ experience people handling the matter. They cant access the damages in one time, since the parts are coming from very far. They customers cant expect good service from Honda.

I have booked a honda activa scooter on 5/11/12 vide booking no. 2409 and an amount of rs. 500 as a advance payment was paid against receipt no. 50596 with the Dhingra automobile rr. 25 mianwali nagar, rothak rd. peeragarhi nd. 110087. On the same day booking man has promised me to give me delivery on 11/11/2012 positively. Today i came to know from your executive posted on the same booking office he told me that we have gives so many deliveries on said dates. But still i have not recieved delivery till today. An early reply requested and the reason behind that may kindly be intimated to me.
