My name is Sethulakshmi and some months ago my father Mr.Balaraman activated his number from airtel to idea and after that he was using idea, later he deactivated that idea sim.
Today my father received a call from this unknown number 7838438922 and that guy used inappropriate words threatened us to pay 650 rupees otherwise he will hand over my father in police station and was very disrespectful to my father and my father recently undergone a brain neuro surgery, so he was unable to remember anything.
Kindly take necessary action against that unknown person who threatened us if not we will raise a complaint on this issue.
I don’t know why idea treats their customers in such a way and it was so insulting.

Also note that i visited your nearest idea Showroom on SB road Pune they conform that it is change but till date it is not happen .

My name is Arvind Sahebrao Kadam, my Idea No. is 9011237060, Sir/Mam I have recharged the plan of Rs.459/- (UL calling with sms & internet valid for 84 Days) on dt.08-03-2018 at 8.28pm from a kirana shop. I also received your msg for the same on date 08-03-2018 at 8.29 pm. from IDEAinfo (The message i recv. was as follows :- Your full recharge benefit of 459 has been credited successfully.) Unfortunately i was cheated by you with the above plan & the validity which was for 84 days came to an end in 28 days. So may i know the details of my recharge
I’ve recharged my idea pre paid connection on 13/04/2017 an offer for 12000 local or national seconds valid till 10/05/2017. But then also my main balance get deducted as i call. As my main balance deducted to .86 paise I cannot make calls. Then I don’t make any call from 22/05/2017 to 29/05/2017. I called customer care executive on 29th to know why i don’t get any offers now. They told me that it is becoz of balance below INR 1.2. And then I took a loan of 10 and make a call. Still my balance is get reducing as I call. I don’t get any benefit of my recharge of INR 98.
So…. I’m porting my connection.. what an idea…!!
I think idea blackberry customer care has most incompetent technical support. I must have called more than 25 times in last 72 hours to resolve issue related to email configuration issue. Even after escalating to technical manager, they are not able to solve a small issue for more than 24 hours. I strongly feel that either they are no taking customers seriously or their technical team is incompetent to handle customer issues. I overheard a conversation of CSR with tech manager. They were laughing while discussion my tech issue. I have been using idea for more than 20 years and I see services are going down drastically. I hope someone read this comment and take necessary action.

Does Aditya Birla started frauding? I am using post paid connection since 3 years.I did payment on 22-Nov-2013 and it is not reflecting in the system. I went idea show room 2-3 times, I did complain more than 10 times, I did called more than 15 times. I submitted document twice. I submitted document by email. Still I am waiting for Aditya Birla to close this issue….

I just want to inform you, one of the worst customer service I come across in bangalore is yours i.e IDEA , the representative dont even bother to care to provide service or his any words on time, no body bother to resolve a customer query resolution or either not know to behave with customer. Its questionable that idea telecom were ever able to acquires or competes in the market future in presence of such people in environments

Hi, i refilled my mobile by Rs. 22, as i got msg get 4500 local seconds free on recharge of Rs. 22. however after recharge after evey local call my balance of main account was reducing. hence i called on 12345 and asked abt it. the reply was we will get idea 2 idea 4500 sec. free.
let me if it is so then why the ‘idea’ did not mentioned that clearly on msg that only i2i calls are free.
i am cheated by you. if u want to cheat you customers by this way then its very troubling. can anybody take any action on it.
