I purchased a IFB washing machine Model EVA AQUA VX 5.5KG FRONT LOAD on 05 Sep 2014 vide Voucher No 2721 dt 05/09/2014 from Rahul Agencies Pothencode Thiruvananthapurtam Kerala. It has been installed by you properly and had only one visit after installation to do service and to look the performance of your product. Recently had a visit by your rep exactly on 25/09/2018 just after the warranty expired (for 4 years). While doing service the Door Lock gone wrong and he was arguing me to extend the warranty for 1 year by paying Rs 2000/- for free replacement of Door Lock. I refused. He made the fault and asked me the money. It has to be repaired by you as the fault has been made by him. My doubt is that the visit he made after the warranty should be within the warranty or not? He short circuited the lock and pushed off. The eqpt may be unsv at any time. Who will be responsible for the same ? I am not at all satisfied with your attention pl do needful. The man attended was from Chantavila Service centre.
I have purchase fully automatic washing machine from IFB .it is under warranty period &
service franchise has visited as it is not working from last ten days . Even they do not know the problem and are giving excuses .
it was my mistake to buy IFB product and I am now starting legal action.

This is Chiranjeev Minhas from Chandigarh & purchased an IFB 7.5 kg top load washing machine in the month of March 2018.
I faced difficulty in the washing m/c within 4 months & complaint was raised on 6th August. Problem was explained at the time of complaint. Next day service technician came and told that there is issue with the connection pipe and it will be change within 3 days but till now no body turned up.
Secondly your call center is so pathetic that they don’t even give call back even after promising me.
IFB product become faulty so early it’s a question mark in itself. For the same approach was made at the level of area manager (Mr. Samant) but no satisfied replied was given.
4. You are requested to look into the matter and find the problem to keep up the name and fame of IFB.
I hope you will take suitable action to win the customer confidence.

Hello sir myself Sandeep Singh I raised a complaint against my dryer maxi dry on 21st of July and a service engineer came to me on next day my nob was breaked and there is functioning issues also but he didn’t resolve the issue and says I will come tomorrow with nob then I will do the rest but it’s 25th today and no one came to me when I contacted to your service provider a lady picked the call and saying that we don’t have nob right now , I told her resolve my other issues till you have not the spare she says I can’t say anything when your technical problem will be resolved , I will call you in after noon. Kindly revert my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will never spend a single buck for IFB appliances in future.

Your persons should ensure that before coming to the house they must confirm whether there is anybody in the house or not. They must make a drill that nobody should come all of sudden. You can understand the situation that if some technician will come without informing it is of no use. This type of things are happening by your company.

This is B. SURESH from Bangalore at karnataka , i have an IFB 6.0 kg top load washing machine repair to complaint for this month of 2nd July 2018.
I complaint was raised on 2nd July 2018, and Problem was explained at the time of complaint to the customer care. Customer care people told service technician came around 5 PM in the evening. Till now no one technician is not came. Again July 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th contentiously complaint to service my IFB washing machine daily 5 to 6 times. This is not shame for your IFB representative persons, why simply telling lies to do not done service. I have complaint today also morning to till now 5 times complaint raised. Your side no service please inform to me. I have go to outside i.e, private service.
I hope your service is not good and i am not satisfy for your service, please will take suitable action to win the customer confidence, Please take action immediately, other wise i am going to the private service.

This is Virendra Singh from Meerut UP purchased an IFB 9.5 kg top load washing machine in the month of March 2018.
1. A complaint was raised on 30 th May round 6Pm. Problem was explained at the time of complaint. Next day service technician came around 330 PM with insufficient tools and running spares and told that it’s elastic pipe is cut off and it will be change tomorrow while that pipe was available in the store.
2. I am having an appointment with the doctor on tomorrow. I have to wait for 3 days to carried out a minor fault.
3. IFB product become faulty so early it’s a question mark in itself. For the same approach was made at the level of area manager (Mr. Samant) but no satisfied replied was given.

Your company is very worst not about product but according to service its been 2 years i have got ac from ifb but the service has not been done yet even once after installtion if ther service will not be done with in 2 months then i will take a legal action against you.( i have still not got free services of this ac)
