I had purchased IFB Dishwasher Neptune VX which displayed F9 error – complaint registered with IFB call center on July 27, 2018.
Since then, multiple tickets were created and closed with comment “Customer will call back” – a false statement from the service engineer there by increasing the volume of tickets and lowering the TAT for the closure.
The service engineer (Rajesh Pawar) and the service head of Pune (Ms. Ashwini) have made multiple promises which all turned out to be false.
As on date, the 3-way converter and the PCB have been changed with a bill raised for approx Rs. 8500/- but the F9 error is still displayed.
I am curious to know if the engineer is skilled enough to identify the error and hence resolve it. This is the 4th month running. How to ensure that the parts replaced were actually faulty.
I am experiencing the worst after sales service from IFB and would not recommend anyone to purchase IFB products.
I have purchased dish washer Ifb.two days back I lodged request for servicing.one person came and dismantled everything and left saying that he will come next day.he didn’t turn up.he s not lifting phone.my complaint with customer care thro phone and SMS didn’t yield any positive result.I didn’t expect such irresponsiblity from IFB.
I purchased IFB dishwasher NEPTUNE DX through M/S Rahi Electronics Pvt Ltd,S V Road Siddharth Nagar Goregaon west Mumbai which was commisioned on 04.09.2013.I lodged a complaint on 05.09.2013 on phone no 39004321 that one part was missing in lower basket of dishwasher.Your technician visited on 06.09.2013 and took the photo of the same and told that it will be provided in seven days but till today it is pending.In the mean time I talked to your Mr. Anil ,Madam Vinita and several times to your customer care but no fruitful results obtained.In Dec.2013 a Technician took photo of the above item(out of two one is missing) again assuring to provide within 7 days. IFB Dishwasher is the most unethical supplier I have ever seen. They do not care for customer problem and just bluff and make false promise to deliver. Please do not buy any IFB machine in future – My sincere suggestion to potential customers.
I have purchase neptune IFB Dish washer for the next Stores, But the next sales person didi not tell regarding the plumbing. After doing plumbing the demo person takes his own time to come. After serveral phone call he switch off his phone.
How to go about very disgusting experience.
My parents had bought a IFB dish washer and the same did not work from day 1.After a lot of hue and cry they replaced it again with a faulty one and the replacement is also not working.Now they are evading our calls .Our complaint number is 9822070.

I had bought IFC Dishwasher in Nov 11.i am tired of complaining about it every now and then
The product has such a bad quality and so is the service.
I have made 100 complaints on customer care and websites still no response.i am not sure what to do.This time it has been 2 months and it isnot working.
I want a complete replacement.I think only court is the way out as nobody hears you otherwise.

As per the advice of CRM head I did make 2 complaints throught the URL given by him. Till date neither there was any reply nor action taken on the complaint. I am not very familiar with such situation and I would request any of you to advice if such issues can be taken up in the consumer court and penalise IFB for their worst service set up. I have read all the reply in this series and found all of the to be similar and similar to mine. My Dishwasher is down for 4 months. Persons who came to attend once or twice are not able to rectify the problem. I have my own doubts if they are trained personal or not. I can even suggest that persons who are suffering in similar situation have to approach the consumer court and claim damages for all these unprofessional service support from IFB. Please someone suggest a better way to force IFB to act. My customer ID is 7001011499 and I have IFB neptune dish washer.
Requirement of salt was made on the toll freee number 5 days back…was assured on phone that it will be delivered within 24 hrs. yet to hear from them. Made another call on the same toll free number again assured that it will be delivered within 24 hrs from the second call and was politely asked to contact the local dealer. The local dealer shop has closed down 2-3 months back… another no was provided whose assured me that it will soon be delivered at my residence.. They could not numerically define the number of days… Can you please help me?/ Please give me the address of the dealer so that I can personally get salt collected from their shop. Or else can you please arrange to get the salt (2Units) delivered asap!!!!!!

It was installed on 24-Jan-11.
As Your Dish Washer requires Salt,Rinside & Detergent of your own Brand as informed by your technical Staff as well as in your manual.
I Booked the order for the Salt,Rinside & Detergent On 30-April-11 with Mr.Ravi-(9980047671)Local Service Engineer and continuously following with him and Still No response.
Then after i called up your Bangalore office and Spoke to Mr.Santhosh- Manager (9379056930) on 18-May-11 for the same to deliver ASAP
.He assured me saying that it will be delivered on 25-MAy-11.
As a Customer how long i have to wait for your proprietary brand of Goods to deliver.
Is this kind of service the global Brand-IFB is giving to Customer….?
Please let me know that the same kind of Service is given by IFB to the customer, then why should i use your Global Brand of Products. As i am thinking to go for consumer court if you’re not responding to my request.

I also happen to own a dishwasher and am after IFB for last one month through teh local service providers to get the detergent and salt. No success so far and then got in touch with customercare to create some sort of record (request no 134842) for my requests ! No success so far and only promises and tel numbers of teh people who are aware of teh position and decide not to pick up the phone !
Can soemone suggest if they have tried the stuff from oother manufactures as I do not believe IFB would manufacture such items. They must be sourcing from some agencies which must be supplying to other manfactures also ! I believe this is not rocket science !
We need to look for alternatives and create awareness in the market on their response after we but something!!!!

we purchased IFB NEPTUNE in Hyderabad in July 10th, Four days ago on 16th August we placed an order for 1 detergent and 2 rinse- aid at your costumer care Bangalore – 04039004321, we were told that it will be delivered in 24 hours after 36 hours we again gave a call to bangalore center, this time he gave me number of MS.ASSOCIATES and we contacted MR, Sayed and placed our order, he replied that our order was very small and a minimum of four detergent had to be ordered for delivery.Else the customer has to go to there office and collect it,I know that this is not the policy of IFB so I called back the Bangalore center and took the number of Manager in Hyderabad Mr. Anupam, I have spoken to him twice on the 19th of August and he assured me that product I need will be delivered in a few hours, Nothing has happened so far,I am trying his number today 20th of August and he is not taking my call, I cannot run my dishwasher for want of rinse-aid and detergent Now you tell me what I should do? We are unhappy with the service and it is our suggestion you make all these products Available in the super market so that it is easy for us to purchase.This is a SOS CALL please React immediately.

i had same complaint for ifb napune dish washer on 23 rd may 2010. since then i am not getting any response from ifb. this is the only reason to avoid ifb eloctroncs to purchase in india there is no services after sales of any electonics / services contrect because people in india have not time to take ligal action to teach this kind of compny.

Last many several time followup regarding our washing and drayer extector ,
but there is no reply from your ahmedabad service centre,
first talk with your service head Mr. ajay chauhan Mb no 9376691090 with your service centre no-079-32915253…he told that first we require cheque after give you service.ok we agree for your policy but last 8 days cheque ready there is no respond from your side.
even last 3to4 days he is not picking up phone.
We have a service industries and thus its direct effect on our guest, we prefer only ifb in our hotel so pl give your best service for guest satisfactory.
