Reservations and Bookings :

Ticket Refunds :
The ticket cancellations can be done through both online and offline procedures depending on the method opted for booking. The cancelled ticket refund amount is returned to the passenger after making deductions based on the time of cancellation of the ticket before the journey date and in the case of online booking money will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation. Full refund is provided if the train got cancelled due to accidents, floods or any other reasons.

I Have booked Rail Reservation for the train No 12157 Dt 23-12-2012 — Hutatma Exp.
from Pune to Solapur from our IRCTC Website.
I Have IRCTC login ID. while processing the ticket booking, i made payment from my ICICI Visa Debiy Card. But processing had been not successfullly completed for 1 hour.
I completly close the session and leave the PC. But my bank made the payment. I have not receiving the Ticket.
