I’m Ashok Saroj age :38 years and I don’t was traveling via Train no -12987, Sealdah – Ajmer Express from Kanpur to Jaipur yesterday and reached today on 21st September -18 at Jaipur by forgot my bag in Coach no – B1/6 Third AC, PNR no: 6619864970 and train departured from Jaipur towards Ajmer
Suddenly remembered, I got train departured from Jaipur junction then I went to RPF centre at Jaipur Railway Station and explained him two officers there and they have given advice to you us please contact to RPF customer care no – 182 and registered complaint they will help you.
I have registered complaint in RPF customer care no and told him my bag is left in train no – 12987 ,B1/6 and they have noted down,, registered the my complaint and forwarded to Ksihangarh Railway Station RPF centre immediately, and Ksihangarh RPF center team co-operaton given to customer care and also me. My luggage collected from train after arrived the train no-12987 at Ksihangarh Railway Station, and taken their custody. I got information through RPF customer care no that my bag collected by RPF Kishangarh. I went to there and respectfully team supported to us and after complete formalities they have given my bag to us. Also they have dropped to another train return for Jaipur by respectfully. Mr. Prabhu Singh (SI -RPF Ksihangarh) has been supported me everything and respectfully. I thank you to Mr. Prabhu Singh Sir and his team whichever co-operaton with us. Also I thankful to customer care no -182 whichever coordination with internally and return my bag safely.
Thanks a lot for RPF Team whichever are giving service to public. I hope to customer care that they will always help to each other.

Mr. Jai Prakash Yadav & Mr. Devendra Singh have not only shown their integrity and honesty but provided best example of Customer Care & Services while on duty on 30th April 2018.
We seniors were travelling through the train Mumbai Rajdhani (No.12952), Western Railway from New Delhi to Vadodara. The arrival time for Vadodara was 3.25am. While getting down during midnight my wife forgot to carry her purse which was containing good amount of money, home keys as well as many other important documents and we proceeded to our home through local vehicle. On the way we came to know about our mistakes and the riksha driver encouraged us to rush back to station but train had already started.
I had to literally run along with the train for some distance and to my surprise the Riksha driver was also running along with me. All train doors were closed but to my good luck Mr. Jai Prakash Yadav (RPF) alone was standing on door for security purpose. While running, I just conveyed about the incident and at once he gave me assurance and very gently conveyed not to worry and they will do the needful to find and take the article under their possession if found. And helplessly I saw the train leaving the platform and I lost all hopes for getting my articles back. But to our great surprise, I received a call after half an hour from Mr. JP Yadav informing that they found the purse and after asking certain questions for confirming our ownership he finally conveyed that it is under their possession and in their safe custody and will reach soon to us.
The entire incident has become important for me as these RPF persons took their own risk and certain decisions by going out of standard procedures for handing over such articles on my request. Otherwise these would have had given us lots of hardship to get back possession at such senior age. They handed over the articles in presence of other senior officers at Vadodara station within 24 hours as assured. Today, while receiving my valuables, I express my appreciation towards these two RPF persons and also thanks to Railway Police Force Department as well as good guidelines and governors of Western Railways of India.

Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your kind attention that I logged a complaint about the Ballygunge RPF yesterday as they took my brother Adil Fayyaz in custody without him being guilty and the officers misbehave with me being a woman. Then as soon as I complained by calling in the number 1800 111 322 they seized each and every thing he had including his phone and all the documents he had in his wallet. They delayed his release by 3 hours and then made him pay a lump sum of 700 rupees for charges which the officer call 445 and 446 by taking the statement written by the employee sitting on counter number 3 namely Mr. Halder like a bible without listening to the plea of the accused. They also threatened me showing the signatures of 3 people present in the queue which was never taken me being a witness and fake evidence was created. They also told me that they would arrest him, and as far as i am aware whatever offence my brother was being accused of was a pety offence and not something for which he could be arrested. They asked me to fill a feedback form assuring me it wont close the complaint instead it is just for investigation.
My request to you would be to take charge of the complaint and investigate the corrupt practices and unhelpful behaviour towards the public. I assure you I am correct and if required you can check the CCTV footage in between 2:55pm to 3:15pm on 20th May.

I was travelling from nzm to udaipur mehwar express. At my boarding point one passenger was continuously starring me in my whole journey. I was lite bite worried by this… I exchange my seat to other passenger but the guy who stare me was continuously stare me and stand near by my seat.. when I object about this.. he did which is not acceptable.. I was very scared that time then I call to 182 for my help.. ram kripal singh the kota police help me to out of this fear.. thnk you so much to help us while travelling .. we salute and appreciate your work 🙂

They thieving batteries in an accident train near BIDRAGRE ANEKAL Road , not only batteries and also they cut & sold steel in the pillers in rail way track.

i am searching for on line complaint for informing the same thing for hihger officials and filing a ;leagal suit against the RPF.
