I am really vexed by a series of incidents taking place for a while. I was a serious JBL customer and am afraid that I should be the same anymore because of your irresponsive attitude. I had a problem with the coupon code and I tried almost all the possible ways to contact you and rectify the same. I mailed and called numerous times to your authenticated authorities but I was deeply disappointed by the response. Your team is not at all bothered about your customers it seems. And this behavior will definitely reduce your customers within no time. Atleast you could have given a proper response to your customers. JBL is an international company with world wide customers and this is not what is expected from you. By mistake I have entered double the quantity of items to be purchased but I did not finish the procedure. All I need was to revise the gift coupon and give me some more time for that matter. For that I have contacted all the ways as you said but no proper action was taken. I am a person who purchase not only one or two items but expensive more products of JBL. So now the coupon will be expired by September 30, and i will have a loss. I consider your lack of response as an insult to me as well as other valuable customers. All I want you to do now is to revise my coupon code or issue me a new one or else I have to file a complaint against your team as well as Vijay Deprosys in consumer court. I have all the proofs of your e-mail and recorded call of your customer care so that i will be able to provide evidence against your disappointing response to your valuable customers. Expecting immediate response from your authority.

I have bought a jbl flip 2 through flipkart on 30 may 2018. After smooth working it suddenly didn’t get charged and was not able to connect to my smart phone. I have sent to one of jbl service centre in ahmedabad as I live a Anand Gujarat. Now, almost a month has passed and they haven’t replied me anything. If I m calling that fellow he is not picking up. I have brought headphone in the mid of 2014, since the regular use the soft part of headphone has been broken and it has been totally naked, Bluetooth is not working however headphone is working only with the help of connecting cable without Bluetooth.

Its been less than 6 months and the product has become defective. I charge it for a long time but it does not last more than 30min. Just within 30mins the charge gets discharged and the earphone shuts down. I did contact one of the service centers in the city and they mentioned that they will not provide warranty because the product was purchased online

I bought JBL Flip 3 about 2 years back. After one year the battery of my speakers started to expand which in turn was damaging my speakers. I searched for JBL sevice center in my area and in near by state also but I did not find any store. Since I was struggling with the expanding battery and it was damaging my speakers I had to open it and remove the battery.
Almost after 10 months of struggle, I came to know that a new store has been opened in Bajaj House, Nehru Place, New Delhi. I visited them and asked them to repair. I understand my speaker is out of warranty and I wanted to pay for the battery but the service center manager denied to take the speakers and told me that they can not take it as it is already open. I told them the battery was expanding I had to remove it but they did not listen and returned me the speaker. Not after a year I am still not able to use my speakers. It is a total waste for me.
I am not able to understand, JBL being such a big brand, the parts of the speakers are not available and even service centers are not repairing despite I am paying the charges. The speakers costed me INR 8000 and now because of a battery issue they are use less. I haven’t used them since last one year.
I request please accept my speakers and repair them. I just need a fresh battery for the speakers. Otherwise I will have to throw my speakers into the dustbin. I have JBL headphones and I always loved the quality. But this issue of battery expansion has somewhat shocked me. I bought JBL Flip 3 based on suggestions given by my friends and now after facing these after sale service issue I will never buy or suggest any JBL products to any one.
Please look into the matter so that I can still be a trusted customer of JBL.
