Ticket Cancellations & Refund:
The passengers can cancel the tickets online and obtain refund in the same mode of the transaction done used for booking. However, cancellation charges, if any, will be applicable accordingly. The cancellations of the flight tickets is accepted until 1 hour prior to flight departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to flight departure for international flights.
Online Meal Request
This facility is available on the Manage Booking section through which the online request should be made at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. For special meals, the online request have to be made at least 12 hours prior to flight departure. Kosher meals are available if requested 48 hours prior to flight departure. These timings may change without notice and passengers are requested to verify the same at the time of reservation.
How to deal with Lost / Delayed Baggage in Jet Airways:
Complain at the airport or contact Jet Airways customer care to register your complaint regarding your lost/ delayed baggage. The concerned team will immediately search for the luggage once the complaint reaches them and update the customers with latest information regarding the process. The baggage can be tracked using the Baggage Tracer in the Jet Airways website. The baggage will be delivered to the mentioned address in a short time once it is traced. If the customer is away from the hometown, reimbursed for some emergency expenses can be claimed if the baggage is not returned within 24 hours.
If your bag has not been located within 7 days a questionnaire will be sent to widen the search. In the unlikely event that your baggage is not located within 15 days we will begin to process a claim, while the search still continues. Please retain receipts for any emergency or replacement items that you require, in order to claim insurance or emergency expenses if they apply

On 17 May 2018 my wife and I travelled by Jet airways from Heathrow to Mumbai .. Flt which left Heathrow at 2120 Hrs.. We have flown Jet on International Flts before but regret to State the standard has dropped considerably .. I wish to state that for breakfast we were served a juice.. a cold piece of Muffin which was hard and tea/ coffee to taste.. Nothing else . Yes we were travelling Cattle class but If can afford an International Flight I could certainly shell out more. What food is this for a diabetic passengers.. many just left it … Isnt it a wastage . Now a days no socks or eye shield are provided .. reasons are not known to me earlier they were provided… Sad and Dissapointed wont travel with Jet Again of course it wont make a difference to you .. This is Jaya Sarker, a hapless customer of a hopeless airlines. I had availed the services of Jet Airways thinking it to be reliable, safe, punctual and service oriented. But not all my hopes had been upkept. I had boarded the flight from Kolkata to Dhaka on 6th May. But after landing at Dhaka I found one of my bag missing. A few other passengers had also found themselves in the soup. We did the necessary paperwork and complained to the appropriate authorities. But to my utter disbelief i was astounded by the fact that this can happen with Jet. Why should such things occur? Even if it occurs the passengers have a right to know beforehand how their belongings would be treated. But there was no confirmation or intimation on your part. Just think of the harassment of Travelers who have to waste some important time of their tour or business just to collect a bag that might contain important documents or belongings. Then there was no confirmation as to when the luggage would reach. Why?? Added to it there was misinformation and misleading information. None of your employees know the exact process. None could tell the exact reason or the way out. Then again I received a call in the evening that my luggage had reached. Again I had to come to the port to search for it. But after some frantic search i still could not find it. Then my relative from Kolkata called up the customer care to confirm the same. Then again a twist. The flight which was supposed to carry my bag had been wrongly updated. Finally I received my bag the next morning flight. Do you people think this is fun??? Going to and fro from home and office is ecstasy?? Don’t we people deserve a life?? Or is our hard earned money not of any value to ur lives??? Did I pay 96 thousand bucks for such a scenario. Why was I not informed in the first place?? My bag did not contain any objectionable or restricted material. You all have so many underlying clauses, rules, terms and conditions. Is it just for the hapless general public??? Are we so dirt cheap?? What do you think??? And to my astonishment nobody was sincere enough to apologize. That means is it your general practice?? Then why don’t you mention it in the tickets or anywhere before taking our hard earned money?? You people didn’t even feel sorry to torture us this way. I feel like typing some choice able slangs and expletives for you. But not all human are heartless butchers like you. You are butchers in formals and make ups. Yes.. that’s what I think. And many more will if you don’t improve your services and products. Please take into consideration the fact that there might be patients, senior citizens and single travelers who can’t ill afford your callousness. This harrasment was uncalled for and unnecessary. If it was absolutely necessary then at least we need to be informed. Kindly have that much consideration. It’s an appeal to you to kindly let us live in peace. There is much terrorism in this earth to terrify us. We don’t need terrorists of your nature to terrify us even further and that too sitting on our money that makes you rich. Kindly have some courtesy and decency. Hope I can see some improved service if I actually opt for you again. But that is a distant reality. I would think 100 times before that.
Insensitivity of Jet Airways Destroyed Our Spirits
It was a perfect day and my family was about to board the flight from Bangalore to Delhi. It was 6.30 AM in the morning, and the flight was scheduled to depart at 7 PM.
We had already acquired the boarding pass, our luggage had been checked-in, and I, along with my wife and two little kids (including a 9-month old infant) walked towards the entry of the terminal, after which were were supposed to board the flight.
There was rush as well on the way, and we somehow managed to pull our hand luggage and our kids to reach the gate at precisely 6.45 AM.
To our horror, and disappointment, the staff at the gate refused to allow us in. The staff claimed that we are late, and the gates of the aircraft are closed.
There is still 15 minutes, we argued, and pleaded. But it reached deaf ears. We were not allowed to board the aircraft, and the reason provided was really lame: We were late.
When 15 minutes still exists before departure of the aircraft, when the luggage has been checked in, when we have got the boarding pass in our hands, the staff could have allowed us to enter the aircraft. And speaking of rules, 10 minutes is the global standard, anywhere in the world. The gates of the aircraft closes 10 minutes prior to departure, which is a rule hardly followed in India.
Oh wait. Did we say that we are not celebrities or politicians who get the privilege of entering an aircraft even ‘after’ the gate has closed? I suppose we didn’t. And maybe, just maybe, that insensitivity from Jet Airways creeped in, when they realized that we are not ‘important’ persons.
Why couldn’t they observe that we had two little kids with us, our luggage had been checked in, and boarding pass was in our hands.
Some fellow passengers later told us that the flight was full, and maybe, Jet had to accommodate other passengers or staff in that aircraft. We will never know the truth, for sure.
But what we do realize is that, due to the insensitivity and complete lack of empathy of one Jet Airways staff, positioned at the entrance of terminal in Bangalore Airport on April 20th, 2017 at 6.45 AM prevented us from boarding a flight, which we were fully eligible to board.
No, I am not talking about Rs 19000 which was lost in this chaos, but the emotional, mental and physical torture which we experienced due to this incident, left a permanent mark on our psyche.
Jet Airways.. We never expected this from you.
I had booked a ticket to Delhi from Bangalore PNR- BVRCLQ Booking date 9/9/2015 travel date 15/10/2015, while making payment double amount is deducted from my bank. There is no reply for the mail I sent to Jet airways. E mail sent to info@jetairways.com.

If the ticket is booked through the main website or through other site also,the money will be refunded if the ticket is cancelled.Once again call to the customer care or to the travel site customer care and tell the details of your ticket.The problem will be solved.

Really bad customer care!. Super long waiting time on the call.
I booked a wrong ticket by mistake from ibibo website for Jetairways. I noticed this and notified both ibibo and Jetairways immediately. The ticket was for after 2 months. I did not get any refund, on asking Jetairways, they say they will refund 100% only if the ticket was booked on their own website, and zero refund if the ticket was booked from a travel site. Really do not understand the logic here. I feel cheated.
‘Customer Care’ help desk attitude is a beyond joke. Simply not interested in resolving time critical issues created by their own company.
Only interested in passing you to another department despite having been given that number previously to no avail.
Their attitude is we can’t do that and it’s our problem/remit rather than we’ll see what we can do and call you back.
“Your on holiday and we’ve lost your luggage … tough .. get on the ‘merry-go-round’ and see if you can find someone within our company that gives a damn … we’re only customer care in name only”.
Extremely bad service , long waiting periods . Better to fly by other airlines . Dont think Jet is capable to handle such huge capacities.
