No reply from your side, even, no one visited to attend to my complaint till now.
Informed to your service cell at 9205304024 yesterday at 14:00 hrs and the duration of call 4.13 Minutes, all recorded. The lady assured me that service engineer would visit in the evening (14th May’18) or tomorrow (15th May’18) at 11.00 am positively. But no one has visited so far.
Your service engineer has taken Rs.800/- for Gas Filling, Rs.250/- for replacing Dryer and Rs.250/ for service charges. The Bill copy is enclosed for future actions.
We have immediately sent NST at your no. 9222232255 on 12th May’2018 for not satisfied service by Mr. Deepak as the original problem persists, despite we have paid Rs.1400/- in cash to him. Also, informed you by sending mail as per trail mail.
Your immediate action is expected as last time requested for the same on 12th may’2018 too.
