I have kenStar cooler model cyclone CD2001 it’s all screw are damage due to rust and last two months I am asking for this from PATNA BIHAR service center but they are failure to provide us .
Why you company make or use such screw which is not avaliable in market or your service center is not able to provide us all screw or parts why you are selling here own product .

I have purchased a kenstar Air cooler C-9704 vide Invoice no 768 dated 06/02/2010 from Laxmi Marketing At/po- Bhawanipatna, Dist- Kalahandi, Pin 766001.Last Two Years it has been working very nice but this year it can not function. When I had contacted a service mechanic he told that Kenstar company make the cooler socket by moulding the fivre when the bolt is going to be rust it can,t open . If I force on it will brake so, I cant repair it.And He show me a large number of Kenstar cooler due to that problem . Why the Kenstasr like company is making such type of Bolt instead of another solution.

Same above harassment by company I have purchase Kenstar Cooler Model No-CL-CT 9924 on 5/4/12. After Month Month A Lot Noise come to start from cooler I lodge complaint Some body came rectify but after some time again same problem, again complained , rectify, again problem came ,rectify, now water flow stopped. I have read comment as above after at all I think there are required to through split on director face of the Kenstar Company. They are Making fool of people. I have not abuse word to say company Director.

I had purchased one Kenstar Air Cooler Model CW-0121 on 01.05.2008. After summer I had packed off as the cooler was not in use. But due to high humidity in recent days I opened the cooler for use. But the cooler is giving problem like first it stopped working with low speed, but worked with medium and high speed. Two days back suddenly stopped working with medium speed and from yesterday high speed also not working. So the cooler is not at all working now. So request you to send your engineer for servicing and repair please.

Hi,
I had bought a kenstar cooler. After two months of usage the cooling effect stopped and since it was winter i did not find the necessity to rectify it. Now when the requirement is there i called the customer care and registered two complaints. BAN2803120341 and BAN2803120341. Funniest part was both the complaints were closed without even attending. When checked with the customer service they are just washing away informing that we are not responsible. My guarantee period gets over by 10/04/2011. Can somebody look into this and let me know.
This is S S T Sai, From Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. We have a problem with our Kenstar Aircooler which has been purchased on 5-5-2011, which is under warranty period.
I lodged a complaint No:Vij2709110007regarding the problem, ie it is not receiving power. One of your service person Mr Mani has come and inspected the Cooler and told that motor has to be replaced. But did not turn up till date.
When we called him he says that motor has to be received from Headoffice or something.
How may days it takes? we do not know.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange early service so that the Aircooler works immediately.

I purchased a Kenstar Slim Line Cooler from M/s Virmani Appliances, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, as per Book No. 99, Sl. No. 19675 Rs. 6720/- (Rs. Six thousand Seven hundred & Twenty only) on 23-06-2011. The Shopkeeper send a old cooler, Model No. 151210060500204504 MFG Date Dec. 2010 at my home approximately 4:30 p.m. I don’t like this cooler because the cooler has lack of problem Scratch on the body, Wire & Plugs disconnected etc. etc. Hence I attend the shop & say them above the position on 26/6/2011, 30/06/2011, 02/07/2011, 07/07/2011, 08/07/2011, 11/07/2011, 12/07/2011, 13/07/2011 & 17/07/2011. However so many visits by dates mentioned & Tele calls. The situation lying as was on 23/06/2011 in between on my complaint dated 08/07/2011 they looked a complaint No. DEL 0807110762 & says to change the body / cooler, but the Engineer comes on 11/07/2011 deny as says company is not aware of scratches etc. & set the water level etc. etc.

Dear Sir/Mam,
We have purchased an Air cooler of Kelvinator brand from your company delaer name Sangam Steel, Vashi on 25/4/10 (Cash Memo No. – 5963).
On 30th April, 2010 we faced the problem from the cooler.
Your executive Rajkamal visited the house and said the problem is from blower and we would replace the same in a day’s time. Later we called him ‘n’ number of times (record has been made through postpaid card), but he has exceptional excuses.
On 6th May’10 asked us to talk to Mr. Anvar – 9820659946 another executive of your company; we spoke to him he said the cooler would be repaired by 9th May,10. But to no avail, my cooler is still suffering and because of that the entire family is suffering.
Dealer had lodged the complaint several times, even I did that and the complaint n umber is THA – 0905100515. Till date the executive from your company, your distributor and your dealer are playing around and no work has been done.
I request you to take tings forward and get my cooler changed, because if in summer the cooler is of no use then its of no use anytime else as well.
Kindly take this mail on serious note, or else i have to go to consumer forum and that would screw up your brand – kelvinator as well as Videocon – parent company brand also.

This is Sudheer L. from Hyderabad; I purchased ken star air cooler about 2 years back with model No 9704-C. About a year back the function batten was failed on my complaint the technician came and did some thing, again the very same function batten failed and on 9-4-2010 a person came from ken star authorized center “NEWTEK SERVICES, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and did some thing and collected Rs 622-00 and promised that, the problem did not arise in future and also gave 3 months warranty, just after one week the very same function batten failed, since than in this hot summer we are like in hell. I called so many times to the given Phone No 04065247882 and also to the kenstar company. Today another technician from ken star came and on my surprise that, the lost time fellow did not replace the batten in spite of taking money and he only did some plastic tape and total air cooler is failed and now I want replace all the battens, this is how the ken star is providing services. I made about 20 calls and lot of humiliation and irritation and it is really like hell. We are in last floor; we are facing lot of problems with this air cooler. We can not go for other product right now having spent lot of amounts on this cooler Therefore I suggest new customers think before purchase the product.

we have purchased kenstar cooler from sri sai electronics.KPHB,Hyderabad on 7-4-10 vide bill no 17.
Ther cooler was not working properly since the beginning.We have given 3 reports vide nos.2104100080,2604100052 and HYD 0605100099 one Mr.prasad visited our office around 15 days back and said that he will replace the back shutter which is not working as per his test.
Till today we have not received any rectification and we have returned the machine to the dealer 3 days back.
The dealer has given one manager!\ s phone which he never lifts.
