Lenovo Laptop Warranty
Lenovo India provides two types of warranty repair / replacement services based on products you purchased which include Carry In Warranty and Onsite Warranty.
Carry-in Warranty facility is available for products like Notebooks, Laptops, LCD Monitors, etc and you are requested to carry your products individually to Lenovo Service Centres India for local warranty.
Onsite Warranty facility is available for respective product like Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc and the service is limited to customer location within 40 kms radius or within municipal limits only. Beyond this range, you are requested to carry your products to service centers near to your location.
All Lenovo laptops are provided with one year onsite warranty. Any Lenovo premium laptops have a warranty period of 3 years.

As per your last communication part will be replaced by 17-Jan-2013.
But yesterday i went to your service center they told me that part is still not received till date.
Also service center engineer is not aware about part delivery in how many days.
My experience with Lenovo Service is very pathetic this case is pending since last two months. If no concrete action taken within a week for part replacement then i will logged this issue in consumer forum.

I was using my nokia phone to connect to internet with my lenovo G580. Suddenly one day it stopped getting connected to internet. The message is device cannot be found. But the same device can be used to connect music player and other services via bluetooth. Why only the internet alone is not getting connected ?
