you will pay 6-7 thousand and if you develop any problem they will refuse service saying they don’t have spare parts. they will give you 15-25% as store credit and force you to sell more money to buy new model from them.
I purchased lg smart model no. LF5900 in august 2016. It is even less than 2 years of purchase from last one month I facing issue with the led screen of the TV. I logged the complaint and technician visited my place. He gave me quotation of 20000 rs for it.
This is the question for lg using parts in the television.there are so many brands available in market for lesser price. Why did I select LG for guaranteed quality of parts. If I have to spend 20000 again for this so highly price television than I will never ever go for lg again.

On 21st May. I had got call from service mechanic and he asked about the problem.He said that he will be arriving on 22nd. On 22nd I had called him twice he said that he will come on 23rd before 12pm. And once again I called him @ 12pm on 23rd he said that he is arriving.But @ 4.30pm once again I called him he said that your location was not our area.And he was very rude. I called up on customer service twice they saying that your request was raised on today only so u will get call soon..up to now no one calls up me.. Very disappointed with LG service..shit..

This is to bring in your knowledge that I Ankur Verma one of the LG product user using multiple LG products I have brought an LG Double door Refrigerator on dated 14/04/2018 and the compressor of same product is now dead and I am not getting satisfactory solution as well as commitment by the service centers of LG. I have registered a complaint from mob no. 9044433110 via complaint no. RNP180511078536 on 11th of may 2018 and till date I haven’t received any proper solution of same the call center is also making me fool by giving seniors contact no. which is Switched off and wrong no. 1st they have provided the No. of Mr. Ravi 9918701050 which is switched off & 2nd they provided me the no. of Mr. Ashish Jaiswal 7668925001 which is telling pls check the no. you have dialed.
After spending Rs. 50K on refrigerator of LG which is providing 10 years Compressor warranty but is not stable for a month also here the perfect example of 3rd quality product with 3rd quality service of one of the great band LG.
Also they LG website with facility of “Write to Grievance Redressal team” is also the perfect example of 3rd class service which always shows due to network error query not submitted try again later

DAte: 23rd May, 17 – RNP 170523071748 give to Comfort Point:
The AC was removed from our old house and re-installed to new house on 25th May, 17. The technician was Mr. Avesh.
On 30th May, 17 the AC started leaking, and again logged complaint vide NO.rnp170530035584 again given to Comfot point.
On 31st May, 17, one of the technician visited and informed that, drain pipe has to be changed, as it was fixed while re-installation on 25th May, was of low quality. He has also informed that next day the same person i.e. Mr. Avesh will come and do the needful.
On 1st June, 17, there was a call from the technician, and he has come and changed the drain pipe, and he has also informed that we have to pay the service charges of Rs.450/- +, when we informed that it was your mistake, why should we pay ? The drain pipe has been changed, and inspite of this water was leaking from AC. He immediately called Mr. Avesh and informed to come and do the needful, and the phone was handed over by tech to me. Mr. Avesh has informed over phone that WHY DID YOU INFORM THE COMPANY , NOW YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH COMPANY ONLY I.E. LG ONLY.
On the same day i.e. on 1st June, 17 after having talk with Mr. Avesh, I had received an SMS saying that it isn process and the reason is : “CUSTOMER REQUESTED VISIT BETWEEN 3 TO 5 DAYS. I HAD NOT INFORMED THEN HOW COME THIS SMS IS RECEIVED. This should have been informed by LG technician Mr. Avesh only.
Had been following up with call center and there is no reply. Call centre is the worst and hopeless service.
Inspite of mail sent to Service India@lge.com – it is forward to your brach office in order to take an immediate steps in this regard. NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT.
Call center has given mobile no. of Rohini Jadhav – never picks up the phone.
Call center has given mobile no. of Parag — picked up the phone only for 3-4 calls, and after that he has kept the aside and no response from him also. (Area Manager as informed by call centre)
The service provided is very hopeless, request you to take stern action against the technician Mr. Avesh.

Have purchased split AC from Kalinga sales Bhubaneswar Odisha paying 40k. While purchasing they advised me to pay Rs. 500 as installation charges. But the person who came to install demanding 1500 and behaving ruthless with customer which was not accepted by me. They done half a job by making a big hole close to 2ft in length and went off from my house stating we won help.
I being a loyal customer of Samsung throughout my life made the biggest blunder by purchasing LG product.
I am a resident of Guntur Andhra Pradesh India I had purchased an LG SUHD 3D 4K LED TV on 03 November 2016 under the Diwali Khushiyon ka Upgrade Offer Invoice Attached. Later on 01 May 2017 the unit developed an issue of No video and Audio I had lodged a complaint CCN2017050121232 and RNP170501003921 dated 01 May 2017 RNP170504006904 dated 04 My 2017 and CCN2017050821932 dated 08 May 2017 My TV is in warranty On 02 May 2017 LG service Engineer had come checked the unit and said that there is Main Board problem and would place an order for the same and when the Main Board arrives will replace it and resolve the issue But on 08 May 2017 when I checked the status of complaint on LG Android App it is showing as complaint closed with remarks as MAIN BOARD REPLACED BUT PROBLEM NOT SOLVED PANEL PROBLEM EST NOT APPROVED Whereas nobody changed the Main Board When I raised an Alarm to the Customer Care and escalated the issue to the Management of LG India through LG Android App on 08 May 2017 then one of your executive called me put me in conference with Guntur local service centre and said that Sir you have not lodged any complaint on 01 May 2017 The complaint number you provided is wrong You had placed the complaint only on 04 May 2017 Now my question here is if I had lodged complaint only on 04 May 2017 then how come your engineer visited my place on 02 May 2017 regarding the complaint Has somebody from LG dreamt that there would be an issue with my system on 02 May 2017 and also how come you have closed the complaint without proper resolution and also without intimating me When I said him these wordings then he said Sir there might be problem with our system we will look into the matter Then I had requested him that please resolve my issue at the earliest immediately as already 7 days of have passed since Service Disruption from your side and in case if you are unable to provide resolution from your end please provide me either refund or fresh replacement of the unit Then your executive said OK and told me to disconnect the call from conference I disconnected the call Then on 09 May 2017 two of your Guntur local service engineers came and tried to replace the Main Board and since they were unable to dismantle the TV for replacing the Main Board they took it to their workshop at Guntur for further investigation LG Job sheet attached After a lot of follow up from my side the Guntur area service people said that there is problem now with Panel and they would replace it and resolve the issue But now since you have already replaced the Main Board and telling me now that there problem with Panel what is the guarantee that it would work for some more time even after replacing Also since your service people are not even sure that where is the problem how can I expect that the issue will be resolved and there will be no problem somewhere else in the TV even after replacing the panel Moreover I am not interested in going for an assembled system and also I had lost faith in LG service and its equipment Why I had settled on to LG TV by spending Lakhs of rupees because of the brand name otherwise I would have gone any other company with more cheaper rates and more warranty periods The TV is still in the Guntur workshop and it is not in MY possession Also I had send many mails to your customer service team and escalated to management but in vain No one seems to be interested in my grievance and they are sending me standard reply messages like Your issue has been forwarded to concerned area service manager and advised me to contact the same Email correspondence copy attached whereas the area service people are telling nothing is in their hands everything you have to contact head office only Now where shall I go Now if this kind of problems arise even before the expiry of nine months of warranty period and also if these type of casual attitude from your Customer executives is visible how do you expect me to trust LG brand Also in future I am afraid that if these type of problems appear I do not have time to run around LG to get my issue resolved Also as a brand you are supposed to provide me quick resolution or alternative Now as on date of this reporting already half a month had passed since Service Disruption from your side Also today I received an SMS stating that YOUR REQUEST OF WW180EPCBKQEL WITH REFERENCE 5D21836183 HAS BEEN CANCELLED I do not understand what is this about At this juncture I strongly request you to kindly provide arrangements for issue of full refund of my purchase price of TV at the earliest immediately to avoid further inconvenience and mental harassment to me

I Mr. Jayant Teke had registered a complaint for changing body cover of my washing machine on 26 April 2017 complaint No.170426017294. Accordingly your service representative came and inspected my washing machine and told that the body cover will be replaced for Rs.4500 for which I had given my consent and accordingly he told that machine would be required to be picked up and company personnel would come home to take machine.
However after 2 days the same service engineer called me and told that he will replace half body cover for Rs.1500 condition to that I cancel my service request with the company which I didn’t.
Again on next day your engineer calls me and tells that the body cover is not available with the company .
Exactly what is happening ?Is the body cover not available with the company?
When I called up customer care then too i didn’t get a satisfactory answer.
I wish to buy genuine LG product but your engineer informs me that the same is not available with the company but the same is available with him.I wonder runs the company-the engineer or the LG management.?

Subject: Total Dissatisfaction of the Product Purchased and After Sales Services.
Dear Sir,
I have purchased the LG Front Loading Washing Machine and I am totally dissatisfied with this product and the After Sales Service Representatives of your Company. While purchasing the product, I was told to buy an Additional Trolley buy the Salesman saying that it would be good for the Machine.
Within sometime, we noticed that the machine started vibrating and making noises, which was an absolute shock to us. Then we registered a complaint and we were told to remove the Trolley, saying that the vibrations would not occur anymore. But it started again.
Finally we registered the complaint for the third time in this current month of September, and so your Service Engineer came to check, so he found that the Inner Plastic Tub is leaking, and due to that the Vibrations are happening.
So technically there is Manufacturing Defect, and the vibration was not due to the Trolley or the floor leveling. We unnecessarily had to purchase a trolley for the Machine, which was an additional cost to us.
We have been absolutely harassed with your product, and now we don’t want to repair it because its a major manufacturing problem.
The Customer Care Officer of your Pune Branch Mr. Sudhir Singh is totally rude and arrogant to talk to. He does not know how to talk to a customer. If my problem is not rectified ASAP, I will take immediate action against it.

I had purchased L.G Double door refrigerator 320 ltr on 02/08/2012 i.e. delivered on 03/08/2012 from dealer vaid electronics NIT 5 No. Faridabad , at the time of delivery i found side tray was broken & one plastic box of fizzer was missing i. e. seen by delivery man, at once i call to dealer , Dealer says dont worry we are sending engineer from co.for demo for sort out the problem , but after repeated reminder to L. G customer care & Vaid Electronics complaint is still unattended , firm says this is dealer responsibility for mishandling & Dealer says this is firms responsibility.i dont understand who is responsible

I have a LG airconditioner model no LSA18TILAE, and it is under AMC ,its HLP no:KG15127. I have made a complaint regarding the a/c ref. to complaint no:RNA120524047262 as on 24/05/2012. In response to that complaint, they attended the issue by visiting my shop premises and removed the inner unit of the a/c’s outer part and promised to clear the problem next day. But still now they have not yet returned to rectify the problem. I have given many complaints after that ref: to complaint no:RNA120613050871 as on 13/06/12 and complaint no:RNA120702015377 as on 02/07/12. But there is no repsonse from the service center. When I make a call to the call center they are giving false commitment saying that service men will reach you within 48 hours, but still now no such men has come. The half repaired a/c is giving such annoying noise such that no person can sit inside the shop. And in call centers they are giving a number to contact(9566004043),but nobody is responding in that number. Then why do they give such false numbers to cheat the customers.
After poor response by your call centers and service centers, I have a made a complaint in the consumer court and the docket no. 386361 as on 02/07/2012. If you still show your poor response in the same way, I am sorry to say that I have no other option except to move the issue through consumer court. This would be my last mail to you regarding this issue. So try to rectify the problem as soon as possible without causing hardship to anyone.

But not return my AC unit still now. Now, They are not take my calls. I am confused by them because they are cited me. What action to do them? I want immediate action to my complaint within a week.
