We have registered a complaint no RNA130313099027. till now no one has attended the call. we were calling habsiguda sevice center they were telling that soemone from Dilsukhnagar will come and asking to call them.
Dilsukhanagr peopel were asking us to contact the Habsiguda.
They are confused and dont who to visit the palce. Please note that we are center of teh city. Hence send some one imeadiately.

i have purchased lg 260lts refrigerator on 31st of dec 12 & i have received delivery on the same day but the thing is no one is coming for demo from company.so how long can i wait for them .when we are calling to show room ppl they r saying after purchase u have to wait for 48 hrs but iam waited for 72 hrs ……so finally i have to say that its is very bad service from lg customer care…
Dear LG Team (Hyderabad),
I have registered a complaint with regards to 42″ LED 3D Panel Broken on 15th November, 2012. Since then i am following up with service person (Subramanyam) at hyderabad, he told the panel will be replaced with 10days. Almost every third day I am in touch with the service engineer so, he provided the LG stores No (Prabhaker) and told to follow up the same. Then I started calling stores people then they told the panel will reach you with 10 days but it doesn’t work as usual, then calling the stores people again provide one more No. of Stores replacement person (Praveen) contact No. then started calling him but no use then again he provided Regional Service incharge No.(Venkatesam) then I called but he his not lifting the call. In this sinario it took total 40 days but still the problem is not solved.
My kids are just fedup and stopped asking when our TV will be repared
This is the way the branded company’s will work or the problem with the people
I think my choice was wrong going with LG with such a poor after sale customer support. and I never recommend LG product to any body
really it is very bad to think about LG Now

Seems to be correct. worst lg service. concerned person has come for repair for our telivision and seems like ICU is not working and he will next day to fix it with new ICU as he doesnot have it readily available. from next dayonwards he got the ICU and only thing he says is am coming , am coming but will never come to replace the faulty ICU…. wat a great**** lg service

I have registered a complaint with regards to A/c repair long ago approximately 3 months ago. Since then i am following up with your customer care people at sangareddy, your team @ toll free 1800 180 9999, the vendor NEXT Showroom @ Chandanagar-Hyderabad. To my surprise none of them responds/addresses the issue in a professional way. Last season i bought 8 A/c, TV and other home appliances. I think i have taken a wrong decision going with LG with such a poor after sale customer support.

We have LG intellowash,7.0 kg( WF- T8019QW) Fully Automatic Washing Machine.We bought this machine 2 years back. Giving good service. Now the problems is, a small Filter is broken. I need a Filter if available in the market (only at authorised dealers/distributors/service centres) it would difinetely helpful. Please arrange an engineer for fixing above said problem. No doubt product is good. That is why my parents also bought. Thanks
We have LG Washing Machine Model 6.2 kg capacity. We bought this machine FOUR years back. Giving good service. Now the problems is, a small lever (like) of spinner cover is broken. Because of this problem the spinner is not stopping whenever we need. We made alternative arrangement by pulling and kept up the rope so that atleast spinner will work. The other problem is, drain knob lever also broken. Here also we have made alternative by tieing up some rope through the knob hole. If these type of small spare parts are available in the market (only at authorised dealers/distributors/service centres) it would difinetely helpful. Please arrange an engineer for fixing above said problem. No doubt product is good. That is why our in-laws also bought. Thanks

my flatron1200 21inch tv not working last 6months. the lg service engineer saying that LOT of mother board is not-matching, hence the IC failing frequently. I asked to replace the board with new board, he saying that the boards are presently not available. I like this model very much because of its 1200 watts sub-woofer system. pl help me.
