I have purchased a LG microwave oven model (MP9889FC) along a LG frost fridge on the 16th of december 2012 from Fundamental Electronics Pvt. LTD at South City mall Kolkata West Bengal. I had paid full payment (Inovice no. FESC/12-13/6156) with promise of delivery within 2 to 3 days. We have still not got the delivery of the micro oven. They have not delivered till today (3 week). Inspite of our repeted quaries to all the complaint centres head office etc.. and spending hours over telephone talk from dealers to all the LG headoffice. We still dont have any answer from any of the concerned authorities. I still dont know when will i get the delivery? I am extremely dissapointed and distressed at this attitude of the dealer and LG company.
I purchased LG Microwave some time back, now push button, temperature control is not working. kindly help.

I made a complaint of microwave on 11/12/2010 for my LG microwave with complaint no. RNA 101206087089.Your service engineer turned up and told us that they have to change some part.But after that they havent turned up,neither they are picking up their phones.I bought this product only because of the brand name of LG.I am really dissapointed that your service employees are not doing job any worth for customers.I wont recommend to anybody to buy any of the LG products as per the reputation your customer servies are showingI am writing here no. of Service engineer who is not picking up the phone 9899024305(Priya service Centre,Delhi).If i wont be getting any service within 48 hrs,i would be moving to the consumer court.
