I am an LG customer i have purchased an LG monitor four year back it got some problem In between warranty den they done repaired and given but service was very bad it took 15days to get repaire. 3 years (purchased on 16.10.2012) later now (on 03/03/2017) again same problem happened so I taken that monitor to Service centre in Hubli they told its a problem with some internal verification it take one week time to get repaired once a service done will inform you on phone and taken R’s. 500/- as advance so I given and waited one week later these people no call no massages so I started follow up from my end den started to give silly reasons like your part not yet came from banglore once it comes will let you etc etc… Same was continued till 20.03.2017 means today I got a call from Service centre saying like your Monitor screen is dead so its cost will be around Rs.7000/- den I got shocked because I was purchased that monitor for R’s. Around 6000/- how stupid they telling like this so same day I went to service centre and asked them to give a service report but didn’t so what I thinking they may be making me pool to spend my money over repairs. Also one doubt whether they wantedly making these issues don’t know they may changed monitor parts too. Still my problem not solved please suggest me what to be done for best for me……???
I am an LG customer i have purchased an LG monitor one year back it got some problem with its earth and getting restarted i said the problem to the customer care he noted and asked to show the Warranty card to the technician but i lost the warranty card i said him to check for the warranty he said that i should have the warranty card other wise it will be carged up to 1000Rs for the teachnician
LG customer service is the poorest of all. I purchased one LED monitor with shows a patch on the screen. I contacted customer service. A gentleman visited my residence. He said the patch is due to physical damage which I vehemently denied as it was impossible to damage it physically.. But in vein. LG does not believe and stick to their own views. I promise not to buy any LG product in future and advise my acquaintances accordingly.

I’m not satisfied with your service in Ernakulam center. They damaged my monitor cover and they took my board. Now 2 months, no replay in their side.
Never by mistake in your ntire life, buy an LG prouct. They may offer you well priced products with good features.God forbid your machine breaks down & you left running from pillar to post to get the same fixed by their customer service centres who are beyond lazy. Their toll free customer service number hardly works & when it does the executives just go on raising complaints which are never actioned upon. The branch manager at the local level pushes you on to the technician who in turn tells you to contact the manager again. I’ve been doing this for a month & my AC still doesn’t work. THIS IS LG SERVICE IN GOA
