It is surprising that your customer care staff is very non supportive. Their knowledge w.r.t. prices are not update. They try to delay supplies for the reasons best known to them. Not only this their attitude is very arrogant. For example no one in your customer care is aware of the price for bottle tray for Refrigerator Model GR 462 C. Mr. Pankaj in your customer care department is totally blank about the availablity. Non only that we are made to run from pillat to post in your company to find out the product required by us.

its really shamefull for ur company that ur costomer saying all this about your product and still you are so lazy!!!… even i put a complaint on customer service but no one is responsing . i knw after reading this u wil be same as you are but still m thinking that you should feel bad for not helping your customer and take strick action.
Never buy any LG product. I am suffering a lot because of LG AC. Buy Voltas or Samsung AC. My AC does not cool especially during summers or peak temperatures. It works fine (Cools!) during winters. Customer service is pathetic and refuses to help. The product is of very low quality and so is their service.
If LG really wants to help indian consumers, it should stop selling its products in india and go back to korea.

I had purchsed a LG AC of 1.5 Tons in June 2011. The AC given by the dealer was an defective peace after installing the AC the dealer (Nayyar Electrobnics, saraswati Vihar, New Delhi-34) has refused to listen the complaint. The customers complaint is neither attended by the Dealer nor by LG service providers. Its a punishment to the customer to by LG Products. The management is not strict with the service providers.
