Dear sir,
Myself Bhavesh Maisurya,Basically i am an enigneer,
i m using mobile LG KU 990,i wanted to replace my phone’s battery for that i went to LG service center in surat Near opp Bhulka bhawan school,adajan gam circle(sorry don’t know the exact address).
before this also i had faced a bad experience with the customer care representative of that branch but still i had faith in LG customer care so i went there and once again i felt worth experience.i ordered a battery of same mobile they informed me that it will come after few days,i phoned once to ask weather it came or not they roughly answered me that don’t call here we will inform you,i kept passions no reply from service center,i called once again they talked me as i am their servant.i cut the phone.
(i am talking about the couple of lady working their)
on 3rd March 2011 they informed me that battery you wanted is here you can collect,at that time they did not informed me about which time i have to collect,i went there at 6.40 to just purchase that battery.that lady once again roughly told me that “come tomorrow,time is over”i request couple of time but she replied negatively….
it is not the matter of time but i think it the matter of dedication towards work…why i spend so many time to write this mail because lots of people suffering from their service(specially that couple of lady).
one more thing that lady always on personnel phone and spending lot time on phone rather to handle customer.
