It is to bring in your notice that i am facing problem with my Battery which is under warrantee and unable to take customer support. As from last two days I am trying to contact your customer support for the service of my livguard Battery but each time I call their is only one answer that all customer executive are busy on another call please stay on the line which is being continued for 30-40 minutes but no executive or no customer support is being provided from your side. Same problem with your another numbers. after ringing few seconds call disconnected. So it is a kind and humble request to please arrange some arrangements for the service of the product. It will be very kind of you.

I have procured a 5 KVA Livguard stabilizer from M/S G.N. Electronics, Sambalpur, Odisha on last 30.04.2016 for my 1.5 ton A.C. . Presently, it’s shown some troubleshooting, for which i have complained to shutout the matter through your customer care services. But, unfortunately I have missed the warranty card on the vary day of visiting of your technician from BOLANGIR, Odisha. Then after telephonic instruction of one of the Madam of your BOLANGIR office, the technician didn’t repair the troubleshooting of my stabilizer & returned back today. Hence, i want to appeal you that, though there is 3 year’s of manufacturing warranty & there is a marking of JANUARY 2016 manufacturing, why i have been depriving so. Hence, pl. Go through the matter and extend your cooperative hand to solve the problem at an earliest, otherwise i will compell to knock the door of Hon’ble court.
