I contacted care centre and got an address of one of your service centre but when I tried to contact the service centre he says that doesn’t work for Micromax anymore. I got three address from care centre but when I went there they said that they don’t repair Micromax mobiles. This is Ritvik Dashora from ujjain.I am a customer of micromax mobile and own a micromax bolt A51 mobile.I have bought that mobile in july 2013 and due to some reason the touch pad of mobile stopped working.I reached micromax service centre ujjain and consulted about the same…rather my mobile was in warranty period the service centre told us to give money for repair…but this is not the actual problem…we were agreed to give money but they took the mobile and kept that for ONE AND HALF MONTH…when we consult them they just said that come tommorow and we reached daily to take mobile…We were totaly frustated and wanted mobile back either in any condition because until then we knew that it is impossible for micromax service centre, ujjain to repair my mobile…but the story does not end here…when I reached to take my phone, they denied to give it and the limit crossed when they PUT OTHER PERSON MOBILE SCREEN ON MY PHONE and TOLD THAT TAKE IT, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO IT…
So, it is an humble request from my side…micromax should first test the people that are they capable for this job then after this they should hire them…because those people will not face anything, the actual problem will be faced by the company…
So, please change those guys…because I am not the only one their were lots and lots of people frustated in ujjain due to same reason…

I had purchased a FUNBOOK P275 3 months back. All of the sudden it stopped. The same was submitted to Smart Care Services, Nagpur for rectification vide job sheet no W626B173 dated 30.12.2013. I was told that it has a problem in the motherboard and need to send to Mumbai for rectification which will be returned in 15 – 20 days. Since then I have visited the service center at least 4 times but there is no satisfactory reply from them.

I have purchased “ Micromax Funbook Infinity P275 “ on 20th May 2013 . The piece was defective and reported same to your service center located in Pimpari,Pune on same day ( 20 May 2013 )
But your service center refuse to replace piece. Then I gave my handset for repairing on 21st May to service center located in Pimpari,Pune .
Service Center asked me to visit after 4 days to collect my handset after repairing .
I visited shop on 24th , 25th ,27th continuously But Handset was not repaired.
I called almost 20 times but result is same .
Today service center retuned my handset which is damaged.
• Service center replace some of the part of my handset with older parts.
• Front screen has scratches .
• Back side has bad colors painted on it.
• Piece is older.
• EMI number is missing
• Many applications are installed means mother board is older
Overall , my new brand handset is replace by some older used handset. When I asked for justification your service center office denied to answer.
My new brand handset & parts is replaced by older parts. This is clearly case of fraud.

Actually the screen and head free icon is automatically damaged, then I given this phone in service center (SLR- AADITYA TELECOM). That phone is retuned after 2 week In which i have no issue. i am employee in a company i have on saturday sunday off in my company, so i went to Micromax service center on saturday 20th april only..midtime i my phone was switch off.
they sloved the problem on same day saturday 20th april,, but when i reached to my home…same problem happened again,,sim were not working again…
so i went to next saturday on 25th april to micromax service center this time the took my phone for 15 days…i asked them to replace my mobile but they told we can’t replace it, we will change the part only from your mobile…now again today is saturday 18th may, when i reached to micromax services center they again asking for 15 days time more…they are giving reason that part is not available..
now you can see from 15th april to till 18th may, i could not use my mobile for more than 2 days…and micromax company is not replacing or change part of my mobile phone…

I had submitted my MMX A87 device at your M/S K M Infocom,Basti, under the job sheet No: N040508-0413-3341503 dated 05/04/2013.On the same day i got a message from your micro max that “my job sheet No: N040508-0413-3341503 has been processed and you are requested to collect your MMX device between 10am to 6:30 pm on any of the working days from the service centre” but from the last one month your service centre people were keep telling to me that my MMX device is on the way and it will reach to me within 2-3 days but till now(14/05/2013) i didn’t get it back.It’s disgraceful to see a such kind of after sale services. MICROMAX A73 Model purchased recently is very very slow in opening the Contacts and i can’t quickly make a call. Everytime I open for making a call, it takes few minutes to do that which is damn irritating and I loose very precise moments whenever I am in urge. On 23/03/2013 I have purchased MICROMAX PHONE Model no X29 from Durga Digitals., Amberpet,hyd.
From the third day the problem start below are the details:-
After switching on the mobile it is asking for valid IMEI number, then I approached the service center of micro max, they demanded 250/- even I have the warranty period, they have asked me to contact the shop from I have purchased the Mobile.
After contacting the Shop, again I was asked to go and contact the dealer for Micromax concerns. They have provided me a Number of Mr. Mahadev with mobile number 9949515657, (he is a dealer for Micromax for all over Hyderabad). He spoke to the service center guy and the issue was resolved.
It was good and fine for the first week and suddenly the device got switched off and never worked after several attempts, I was busy due to my professional tours.
As soon as I returned to hyd, Mr. Mahadev suggested going to service center located in Abids, on 20th April I have given the mobile to the Mr. Ajjaj, who told that it will be done within 3days.
After 3days when I went to the service center Mr.Aijaj told me that the mobile has been sent to the Micromax Company as the problem could not be repaired locally, and told that it will take at least one week to get it back. As they are not giving me the false information I told him to give me my mobile back which I wanted to get repaired by some private mobile repairers. As the mobile was not sent to anywhere they immediately returned my mobile and told that there is a problem with mother board and will take another 1month. After several attempts to get my mobile repaired it was not done through Micromax.
I especially advice all those guys who wanted to buy a micromax mobile should get a spare mobile to be communicable. (Even china mobile will do)
On 23rd April I have given the mobile to Durga Mobiles where I purchased it.
Now I will be approaching the consumer court on 25th Morning.

Bought Micro Max A-110-2.1 from Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Shop No 2, Beside Rithu Bazar, JNTU to Hightec City Road, Kukatpalli, Hyderabad-72… Invoice No- SI/MJM/1351 dated 28 Jan 2013. It’s quite disgusting to say the least, to go through your Service Centres immediately after purchasing a new instument. The least expected from reputed company such as yours is promptness to repair and failing which replacing the instrument since the customer can not be penalised for choosing Micro Max. I purchased my micromax data card 353 modal at 20-04-2012, as per agreement still my same datacard under warranty. I was careful to follow the instructions and used. However on the month of Jan – 2013 my datacard got dead and not able to use further. Same day I reached to my nearest above mentioned authorized service. Service center executive logged my issue and promise me to provide in 10 working days. After complete the 10 working days same executive given different datacard with promise issue has been resolved. When I reached my home and connect with laptop, she provided me the different data card without any change. My issue still not resolved.
Again I reached at 05-Mar-2013 with same issue and dead data card same service center for help. Service executive logged my issue and promise me to provide the new data card within 20 working days. Today is 10-Apr-2013 but not any response from that side. Even after my several call they not provide any update.
This above mentioned service center is very worst service in Bangalore city. The entire service executive on service center is not completely trained and manner less.
I’d be grateful if you could help in this issue.

But it has Screen problem, So Retailer send to me at service center.
I have Gone at Bhairavnath Service Center But they are not giving any satisfactory answer, So Please do the needful what can i do for the same.
