M from zirakpur and i complained about my remote control from first weak of my purchase and ur technician repaired and it started working but now again it stopped working again .i complained again 8 days ago and ur technician took my remote with him and said if it would be repairable i will repair otherwise i will give u new one but even after my multiple calls there was no response from that person .i called him again today and he is saying that u will have to pay for this.is this the way u care for customer.he did not called me even single time.he refused for service too.plz do not force ur customer not to purchase mitashi and go for legal action.

I am customer of Mitashi.I have purchased Split AC, Music Tower and HDSMART TV on dated 18.03.17. unfortunately, my LED TV tainted. I have complained it to customer care Lucknow(UP), India on dated 21st of April’18. One executive came in my home on 23 April and checked & found board is dented then he informed to service station for same.
But 1-05-18 did not get any satisfactory answer from service station. I have many times tracked Lucknow customer care but they did not get satisfactory answer to me.
This is created bad impression of proven brand
Dear Sir,
I am an Indian Navy veteran, Commodore Abhijit Dey, settled in Noida.
I had ordered one Mitashi 1.5 Ton AC and 02 Mitashi 1.0 Ton through Flipcart. The order details are attached.
Since I have my own team from the builder’s side, I got 02 out of 03 AC’s fitted through my own team and one AC was installed by your service engineer.
02 ACs are working fine, but the 1.5Ton Mitashi AC had a problem right from the beginning. There was no gas in the outdoor assembly. I launched a complaint with the following details:-

Product: MITASHI 1.5Ton 5* BEE 2017 Split AC (Delivered on 18=9 Feb 2018).
However, the repair centre NEW ERA (NOIDA) refused to work on it. Hence, I got the Gas charged separately. The gas again leaked in 02 days.
The AC in non-operational for the past 02 months. I put another complaint to your customer care on 01 Apr 2018. The same company reps M/s NEW ERA (Noida, Contact – Mr Ferman) visited us and checked all the external connections and have now concluded that the problem is inside the external unit (It is a manufacturing defect).
I have been continuously following up with them from 01 Apr 2018 and despite one month of response time, my AC is non-operational, and they are not responding to my calls.
Sir, I am very pained to see this response from such an esteemed company like yours. Your channel and service partners are unable to deliver the promised service and this is definitely not very good for your organization’s image.
I am an ex-Armed Forces officer and I feel totally cheated.
I humbly request you to please attend to this defect at the earliest and get me relief.
I am hopeful that my complaint shall be attended very soon and hope to hear form you at the earliest.
