Orient Fans Warranty India :
Orient Fans offers a limited period warranty of 1 – 2 Years depending on the model of the fan purchased. The warranty only covers the defects due to manufacturing errors and it does not include damages occurred due to incorrect installation by the Customer, Tampering, Short circuit. The warranty does not cover external accessories too. Customers need to call the authorized Service Center so that service engineer will come to the site to get the product inspected or repaired.

I bought the Orient stand 38 model pedestal fan in Aurangabad district in Uttar Pradesh in March 2017, which got spoiled in June 2018. Since then, the complainant has been registering the customer care which are just registering. Not fixing Their unit located in Gorakhpur does not give ear to their instructions. I asked the representative of the Gorakhpur unit to record these customer care at Chatat on WhatsApp. They did not make any difference. I have made that recording viral in my knowledgeable. What does it matter to the salaried customer care team or the team located in Gorakhpur? In the absence of time, the consumer forum can not be prosecuted. This is my destiny. I will continue to do other easy steps while performing the duty of the aware citizen.

Very poor service after selling the product. No any one pick up the phone for registered the complain.
Sir i have purchased 2 fans (gratia) model in the month of july in which one fan is making so much of sound bcz of which we cant even sleep in the night… twice i registerd my complaint in the call centre… technician came to check but of no help…. noise from fan has increased much more than bfre….
I will never ever suggest n e one to buy orient fans as no proper services are provided ..

I have purchased one Orient Celling Fan – Summer Chill on 4th Mar’17 from Pooja Enterprises, Old Alwal, Secunderabad, with a 2 Years of Warranty. After 1yr of purchase, there was huge sounds from the fan in all speed (1 to 5). Compliant was logged in the month of Mar’18, which was not resolved as of date. It’s almost 4 months, since my complaint was logged and there is resolution as of date. No interest was shown or atleast taken a step ahead to resolve my issue by your area Manager Mr. Jafar – 9948171888. I hope atleast this time my issue will get resolved at earliest.

Hello there,
This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased an Orient Subaris 1300mm fan in month of February 2018. Just after 15-20 days of use, fan has lost it’s speed and giving a ticking sound while running.
I have already made complains twice by online service. After that the technician made visit and told that “I CANNOT HANDLE THIS ISSUE I WILL BRING SOME COLLEAGUE, PLEASE GIVE ME OTP I RESIDE NEARBY YOUR HOUSE I WILL FIX IT BY TOMORROW EARLY MORNING” , so I given him the OTP.
Next day a guy named “SUMESH”(07903424458) visited my house and told that the technician who was there yesterday to check the fan has sent me.
After seeing the problem he also told that okay I will come tomorrow and will fix it. But after 1 day when we again called SUMESH, he talked in very ruthless manner. Then I called to the Patna service centre they have also given the so called “ashwasan” that fan will be fixed by next two days.
Now it’s been more than a month and no action has been taken from company side.
Hoping for the best to come out. Otherwise I have to go through some other way. I have not payed approx 5500 bucks to face this kind of problem in premium fan.
Kindly look into the matter seriously.

This is I have purchased cooler dated 25 th April 2015 with one year warranty but the cooler got unfunctional on 1st April 2016 as I was out of station in that time. Raised request for service dated 20th April 2016 . Finally got one call from Dhanbad Jharkhand service centre on 25th April 2016 and he assured me that will service it on same day . Now I am thinking to file case in the consumer court that because they today refuse to repair as warranty got expired asking for money for the same.resolve at the earliest.

I purchased an orient pedastal fan While assembling I noticed rubbing sound inside the motor.I informed this matter to the supplier. They replaced the motor. Again I noticed rubbing sound inside the motor. Now it is not working . I never expect such type of issues from a popular company like Orient.

I purchased an orient ceiling fan today. While assembling I noticed rubbing sound inside the motor.I informed this matter to the supplier. They replaced the motor. Again I noticed the leaf mounting hole is smaller than the screw. I forced to drill the hols to make suitable for the screw. After installation I noticed too much humming sound from motor in lower speed. I never expect such type of issues from a popular company like Orient.
