i have one panasonic mft machine model no1900 but need drum unit and whare is on the drum so panasonic printer 1900 not working

We had purchased Panasonic KX-MB772 in Oct last year. The printer is not working properly at all since then and the local dealer and maintenance people are telling us regarding the roller or other petty things and not even attending for the problems.
I have continued using my 5 years old canon laserjet in place of this all in 1 laser.
I feel that my money is lost all the way.
