“< Port > < mobile number >” Send this SMS to 1900.
You will receive as SMS from 1901 with a Unique Port Code (UPC). This is valid for 15 days.

I am not able to reach the customer care executive by any means
This is with reference to our staff’s MDN No. 9323530747 CDMA with Prepaid, the details as mentioned below,
1. The concern person had done the refilling for an amount of Rs.50/- at 5.54 p.m. on 17th December,2012. After some time an amount of Rs.94/- at 8.06 p.m was refilled as Internet Charges & as well as Rs.120/- at 8.07 p.m refilling was done back again. Hence, the balance amount was Rs.161.50 at 8.26 pm.
2. On 18th December,2012 at around 9.24 a.m. the balance amount was Rs.121.48 (Rs.39.46 was been deducted)
3. The concern person has already spoken to the Reliance customer Team on 18th December when spoken to customer care they have informed that the amount would be given back as the mistake was from their end. And they will return debited balance within 48 hrs. , Then on 24th December 27th December,2012, 29th December 2012, 02nd January 2013, recd. following complaint No. 194259085, 194730627, 1947620732, 1947620732, 195077500 & 195291919. And again they replied than they will return balance within 48 hrs. and till date not yet recd.
4. In spite of launching compliant so many times the Customer care has not reverted at all.
Request you to look into the matter & revert back as soon as possible, awaiting your favorable reply.

by mistake your staff mention my billing name Sanjeev Mittal instead of “SANDEEP MITTAL,
I have been many time try to correct my billing name and submitted my id and address prof but they are not ready for this.
they always told me “its not possible and now”

I also have raised a complaint for my CDMA No. 9350919139 on 20th of July 2010 but there is no solution for that. The complaint was resolved at there end but the service still not stopped on my number when I contact to customer care executive I had informed that the problem will rectify with in 48 hours But I am still waiting to complete those 48 hours. When I contacted again they didn’t provide any satisfactory solution…….they have no reason to give, why this problem is not rectify till now. Inspite to give the solution, they had stopped the facility to connect to Coustomer Care Executive for enquire about my complaint. I have talked with your Super – duper Floor managers & staff (Jagdish, Prashant Balbir, Naresh, Jagbir, Nidhi, &subramanium naidu) who assured me to rectify the problem. I hope one day the Krishna will come & remove the Kansa (that Problem).

i have raised a complaint for this n complaint no is 132801572. but there is no resolution for that. the complaint was resolved at there end but the service still not working on my no.. while i contact to customer care center they didnt provied any setisfactory solution…….they hav no resion to give why its not work.also the behaiveor n the way talking to me is not good.

on wednesday — i have recharged my phone with 56 rs and i got unlimited messages.
on thursday—–56 rs again are deducted from my balance and again message scheme is activated.
I talked to MADAN CHAND THAKUR (senior executive) and POONAM about my complain but they ignored me and misbehaved with me.

Dear All,
I have an landline wireless connection with your company connection no- 0120- 3236267 ( LG Set ) which was not working from so many months & i am only paying the rentals for the same. Which you can check from my call records, there was no call has been done by the same. I want to replace or repair the set but i am unable to done, no one is helping me. Several times i have given an request on customer care no also but still no revert. Whose latest request no is- 126118805.
Kindly help me in the same, what can i do or every month pay the rentals without doing any phone call.
