From your existing mobile number send a Port-Out request to your current operator by typing
“< Port > < mobile number >”
Send this SMS to 1900. You will receive as SMS from 1901 with a Unique Port Code (UPC). This is valid for 15 days.

I require the UPC code for the Reliance network which have been using by me since last 6 years. I have been trying to port the network by trying in the nearest Reliance jio Store which is located in Shaikpet, Hyderabad since last one month, but I’m unable to port it due to the UPC code is not being generated.
I have also been trying with the Jio customer care through which I have not received any support.
So, I kindly request you to help me to port my Reliance network to Jio network by providing the UPC code.
