i purchased a split a/c 1.5 ton on july 2009 from UMANG, DIBRUGARH and i had problem now so i called the customer care of samsung in dibrugarh no. 03732324694 on 9th august but they have not yet come for servicing, again we called on 11th aug but the lady didn’t even receive the call and today the limit crossed when we called again for the complaint, the lady received the call and once she heard my voice she put the call down and made the phone busy, till now we called 9-10 times to give the complain but till now no respond is there, so kindly respond to this mail SAMSUNG . . .

We have purchased 2 nos 1.5 Airconditioners 185UGA , the staff sent to fix them 31-07-2010 were a incompetent lot , first of all they were not on the time which they promised to come, then they spoilt the new wall by making holes bigger than required, now I have get my wall done up again, it looked like they did not know what they were doing, they had no planning, they completed the installations by 03-08-2010, with a lot of difficulty, and at last when they switiched the AC On, one of the AC was not cooling, now we have to make repeated calls and spend one more day for some person to come and attend to it , god knows when that will be. It is unfortunate to think that SAMSUNG hires persons, who by their incompetance defame the SAMSUNG products. I suggest that SAMSUNG should send there own qualified Engineer to check the site after the installations as to whether the work done by their outsourced persons is correct, so that it does not loose its reputation in the market. I had bought a split AC in Oct 2009 and from the day of installation there is cooloing problem. Even after clearly mentioning in the feedback form that the cooling is not satisfactory no action is being taken, Every time i call up for follow up the samsung service center opens a new ticket/complaint number conveneiently.
The dealer is also not cooperating and they just disconnect the call when i try to reach any of the concerned person.

I bought Samsung 1.5 ton split A/C in chennai april 2010. I got issue after 3 months from the purchase that water is came through air swing blade from indoor unit. I have registered a complaint with samsung customer care thrice. Each time they sent the executive but none of them fix the solution permanently. In july again i faced same issue in the a/c and again i contacted customer care on 3rd july. But this time they addressed my issue well and given the BP no(8414395544). Also their executive called me on the same day evening for fixing the appointment about suitable time to visit home for repair. I given the time 5th july evening 5’o clock. I am surprised really that their executive was on time as per the given appointment and fixed the issue as well rectified the issue. The service executive name is Mr. Sasikumar. I was really surprised about their approach on my issue. Really they the done job in my issue was professionally. Thanks for samsung customer care serivce and their executive. Keep it up.

We had purchase a samsung 1.5 ton AC last year i.e. july 2009, and the AC is not working properly. Since this was under warranty we called up customer care on 24th June 2010. The executive attended and told us that the AC has to be sent to the service centre at “Kaiser Electronics”, Plot No. 3 FIE, Patpar Ganj, Delhi. I have been enquiring for my AC for 4-5 days, and till date (2nd July 2010) our AC has not been installed. The reason being told by the service centre people (Mr. Arvind Mb No. 9582263057) that “the required coil is not available and the day we get this coil your AC will be installed at your premises.” This is very bad experience I have with Samsung.
Are Samsung people waiting for our warrantly to get expired.
Mind you and please do the needful in a day or two otherwise you people will have to face legal consequencies.

I had a purchased a 1.5 ton AC, for my office, from July 28, 2009. Now we have problem (gas discharge) in your product. We had done complaint many times but your authorized distributer unable to provide service. Your service is very bad please improving your service and product quality; please take immediate action for change the behavior of your distributers. We have lost our money and expensive time by buying your product. Your policy must not be only saling to your product. I also request them to provide a sale invoice because I missing it, but they are demanding Rs. 150 for same, this is not a good policy for an International Company. Please train your distributer. It is on may 2nd week (after repeated calls from us) one of your technician came to see the problem in our A.C. He told that the problem might be due to the board and took the board. Again after repeated calls only again an other technician has come to replace the board. But again he said the board is problem. When we asked the technician why he has bought the faulty board he said he is not aware of the problem and he asked to call the early person who attended the problem. This was the reply given by him. I am not feeling great while writing this email inspite of the fact that, I am associated with samsung products for over a 1.5 decade be it my AC, TV,
mobile, Refrigerator and the like. All companies these days are highly motivated on one concept “Customer Satisfaction” and I am sure you are one amongst
them.
On June 24 I purchased 2 AC’s from one of your dealers in Sec 22 “Surindra Radio” SCO 1128 and the samsung staff who assisted us was “Sanjay”. This
experience is by far one of the worst experiences I ever had. I am feeling duped, cheated and frustrated with the kind of services your staff and dealers
have extended to us. Even a departmental store of early 80’s serve there customers better and have enough commensense than the one standing in showrooms with
dresses and ties.
Current status is: out of two machines bought I have got one installed, one is lying on the floor (damaged one), third one that doesnt belong to us and no
one from company is bothered to deliver the right one. I will narrate the incident as follows.
Some of Blunders
1.) June 24- Out of two AC’s delivered, one machine was compromised in physical quality and was damaged from front and rear. Worth to mention that we had
hired a carpenter and others assuming that we will get the machine installed on the same day.
2.) June 25- Upon request to dealers for changing the damaged piece the following day, promises were made by them to deliver it by afternoon, than by 3.30,
than by 5.00 PM so on and so forth. During this time we paid visit to the showroom and made numerous calls as well. Finally i was told to make the
arrangments at my end and get the AC from the shop, which i did. To my surprise the machine loaded in my car was the wrong one. At the time of installation
of this machine I found a slip inside the coil which stated “H.No 561, Sec 11 -Tested OK”. When the issue was reported to the dealer on call, i could hear
the arguments that why the worng ac was sent and why the staff didnt check. Another commitment was made that it will be changed on the same day which didnt
happen.
Worth to mention that its been 1.5 days that we had open windows with no glasses in our living room and everyone at home was serving the duty of
watchman. A Company’s engineer paid a visit early morning to confirm the status of damaged machine.
3.) June 26 @ 1.00 PM: I am writing this email. Made few calls to the dealer but of no use. My Father than called the company’s helpline number, upon which
company’s ASM confirmed it on phone.

1.) And such a shame that now the dealer expect us to pay another 200 bugs for the delivery of correct piece, even when we have suffered so much because of
their mismanagement.
2.) A bill with handwritten serial number which is not changed inspite of several requests and after much a do when changed then no mention of stablizer on
it.

we have 5 AC’s from samsung but their service support is really bad.
On of my AC is not working and no one is listning. they do not talk even politly. their service support primarily is 24hrs. Now they are saying it is working 24hrs that means 4 days of 6 hrs. each.
The service support from Samsong is really pathetic. I am wondering why Samsong is not interested to provide good support to their valued customers. I purchased 2 Ton split AC, It has given problem in a couple of days. Service engineer came to resolve and created one more problem rather than solving, which is still persisting. Service centre people are really pathetic. I thought of buying two more split ACs. Now the worst support , stopped me going for Samsong. Inspite of so many people repeatedly expressing their dissatisfaction, still if Samsong company wont consider this as an issue , it is their problem, being a customer Samson is not only the option. There are so many very good brands in market.

I got a Samsumg AC and after an year of use all sorts of problems started. We have had to call the Customer Care once every 2 months. They wud come and fix the problem. The AC would work for 2 days fine and after that go back to its old state. Fed up with the AC and decided never to buy another Samsung product again. Now the compressor is gone. We call customer care. A few people came down home and said that they wudnt take the AC to their workshop free of cost. They were demanding 400. Hail Samsung!!!
I bought one Split AC thinking that I’ve bought the best but soon did I realise that I’ve bought one of the worst AC ever. In fact I rue less for my AC than the behaviour of persons who is supposed to take care the interests of customers. Hope some higher ups sees this & take action against erring personnels.
i am having a samaung split AC1.5 ton purchased on 12th may 2009.last 11 month free service also not done .my warranty period closed on 12 may 2010. i call service center for free service on 4th may2010 he came and clean indoor unit only.and very next day onwards switch on te machinewithin ten minutes ice formation on themetal grill and waterleakage from indoor unit. again i informed to service centre they will not come upto 12th may. now hecame and ask rupees two thousand for service charge he told warranty period time expired. please instruct to the concern service centre to attend free of cost.

My experience with samsung a/c as well as the services is very bad. Purchased 1.5T split exactly one year back. The workmanship of the installation personnel was very poor and did not carry proper tools. Service person inspected the machine around 15 days back for general purpose and said everything is fine. But the machine failed to function well after two weeks of his service.
About the service, Absolutely bull shit……..
Even before listening to the caller, they will talk about the charges, completion of free services period and other nonsense and finally, you will be asked about the machine whether it is a/c, TV etc….wiery………

We bought a Samsung 1.0 ton Split AC in the month of November 2009 and I called up the service center to avail the first service
We had a service guy only after a week after making numerous calls.
Now the service person says there is a gas leakage and i have to call up complaint cell.
When I called the complaint cell , the response was bad and the person had turned up only after a week.
They guy who had come home is again telling me to call the service person.
I dont know whats happening between them.
The response from the customer care is not up to the mark. I had been following up for almost two weeks and there is no coordination between the service team and the customer care.
Till date it is not rectified. I really regret its bad service.
Till date we had an assumption that samsung is the best among all
But the service disproves everything

BP 8412454769 on 08/May/2010 they have sent the services engineer to my home on 10/May/2010 thay checked and told that stablizer problem (it is very new stablizer) then we changed one more new stablizer again its not working then the service engineer said “May be A/C sensaar problem” we will replance tomorrow (11/05/2010) till now we called several time to the service center and service eng & the Samsung dealar Amsa Vision Redhills Ch-52 Mr.Mohan Tel 26322699 & 65417030 who supplied the A/c & Samsung service center Mr.Abdul Kaffor & Kumar & Jay Kumar and some more person but till date they didn’t take any action and my AC was in warranty period.

With deep regret we would like to inform you that we purchased a Samsung split AC from Shrinath Electronics in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on June 12th. 2009. From the very first day we were not given the clarity on the number of free services. On enquiring we came to know that we are entitled for 3 Free services in a year. We were waiting for the first service to be done in Oct. 09′ but nobody turned up from the company for the service of our AC. We called up the customer care and were told that we were to intimate the company for the services and service staff will not come on their own. In Nov. 09′ our first service was done. Here I would like to inform you that we stay on the 7th. floor and when the service enggr Mr. Sanjay Mehta came for the service he just cleaned the indoor unit but could not clean the outdoor unit as he could not open the window glass for access to the outdoor unit. He asked us to sign on the official papers he had brought with the feedback form. In between we called up our carpenter who took the window glass out for the access to outdoor unit. We called up the same gentleman Mr. Sanjay Mehta for the services and he came up and did his job, but once again he took the signature from us that the service is done. In the month of March 10′ we called up the customer care again for the 2nd. service and to our shock and surprise we came to know that our 2nd service is already done. When we called up the customer care the gentleman who received the call refused to take our complain. He misbehaved with us and put the entire blame on us.
We are deprived of the second service. I request the company to take the matter on priority and ensure that our AC is serviced in time.

From the date of purchase it is giving so many problems and so many time Viveks service technician came and attended these problems.
During winter session i seldom use it. Now when i switched on this summer time the compressor is not working and there is no cooling in my room.

During Your Free Service Camps i tried your toll free numbers for last two days but after full day efforts for two days i failed and after completion of free service camp again tried but after several attempts i succeeded and after talking to Executive Shebbya i felt that this full process was just waste of time and when i asked her about my problem she said she will have to ask to her Officer incharge and after again i got an negative answer from incharge and when i asked her the incharge name she refused saying it was company policy not to tell the name. I’ ve purchased a Samsung window AC 2 years back. Now it is not working.Service men said it is compresser problem. aronund 2 weeks are over.still nobody turned up . I am callind sevice centre 3 to 4 times a day, for which I have keep the phone with me for atleast 4 hrs .The Samsung service centre is real torture.
I have always believed in Samsung products…in fact each and every appliance of mine is a Samsung. I bought a 2 ton split for my boutique just about 1.5 yrs ago. Recently it was not functioning and your engineers came and TRIED to fix it to no avail. Finally 3 days later they said they had to take the unit to their workshop so that they could fix it, check it and then return it. Needless to say they took 8 days to come and then kept the unit for a further 7 days. Exactly 2 weeks later the a/c starts icing up again and yet restart the entire process of daily calls to the Samsung call center which is impossible to get thru to. 8 days later the engineers finally come and say there is a leak and the gas will have to be refilled. This is exactly why the unit was taken away…..could they or could they not fix the problem. Anyways it works beautifully for 8 days and then again exactly 7 days ago it conks out again. Starts icing up yet again. We have gone insane calling up your service centre and giving complaints to fix it. Each and every morning and evening this remains our only job since it is so hot and the reason why we spend so much on buying an a/c is so that we can keep cool and work happily. Well till today evening there is no sign or sight of anyone coming and taking a look at our problem let alone fixing it. I am so disappointed with your service and the attitude you have these days to loyal customers. I will never again speak loudly about “THE SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE” as it is one that shall give me nightmares for the rest of my life. I have nothing else to say besides please, please could someone come and take a look at our a/c and fix it so that this doesnt remain the thing of utmost importance in my life any more.
I have purchased samsung AC 1.5 Ton on 11th april 2010 and when I am switching on the AC after long time bad smell is coming which is irritating me and for which I have to open all the windows to move out the smell.Can u send any technician to look into this issue.

I bought nos. split ACs in 2008,till today after 2 years, service engineer did not give any service since from purchase.Now both ACs are not giving proper cooling & water drained out from blower.I have called to landline (0257-2223251)& mobile no. (9423187051) as informed by seller RAKA A/p-Jalgaon.He told me to send service engineer on next days.but service engineer not attend complaint. I again called after 2-3 days,but same thing happened.
Now I am getting fadup & trouble in hot summer days temp about 47% with old mother & small kids.
I have heard that in warranty period,customer would get 5 free service,but till today we dont get any service.
This is cheating with customer either by service centre or Samsung regarding 5 free service commitment.

I bought two split ACs in sep-2009 and encountered problem during installation itself.It is very disappointing that almost every month i used to call service engineer to attend same problem.The service pesonnels are so adamant that they decide themselves , when to attend or when not. As i m so fadup that in future i will not buy any of samsung brand.
i had purchased 1 samsung AC on April 2009, but until now not a single person from the company has inquired or visited to attend inspite of repeated calls. Being a customer i am disappointed with the company after sale behavior.
